Worth the 100 mile round trip!
Based on my recent service trip, I can totally justify the 100 mile round trip to this dealer (as opposed to a 50 mile round trip to a more "local" Hyundai dealer in Augusta, GA.)
I received excellent service, was treated professionally, and felt that I was charged a very fair price for the services delivered. Before proceeding with a transmission fluid change-out - at a cost not anticipated - they asked me if I wanted to postpone that service until another 20,000 miles (which was the maximum recommended mileage point.) Since the car was not at a critical mileage point, I elected to defer, and will get it done at my next checkup.
A warranty repair was handled expeditiously. Overall, a very positive experience. I really feel that my 2011 Genesis is in good hands at Peacock!

They know me and ask about my life
These guys are awesome. Every time I go in, they are so nice and they remember me! They ask about personal things in my life and they are so easy to talk to. I always love how they wash and vacuum my car after service and I’ve never experienced a problem there. Even their new people are awesome.

Another great experience
Peacock Hyundai really does have a service department that is pleasant to visit. All the service advisors really seem to care about the customer. Rachel, as usual, was very friendly, professional, and attentive to the issue for which I brought in my 2019 Santa Fe Limited 2.0T. Even though somehow the technician was not able to detect what, to me, was an obvious issue with the transmission/torque converter/turbo/engine symbiance, I was treated with respect and everything was documented for any future issues. It's nice to go to an automotive service department and be able to deal with someone as gracious as Rachel and the other advisors. Makes me glad to own a Hyundai!

Great Service
I have had great experiences with Peacock Hyundai in service and repair. The service staff offer very good assistance, friendly and efficient. Only one concern this last visit; in repairing the upper brake light, the headrest was not replaced and the back seat had dirty stains,. But overall a very good experience to date.

Great Service as Always!

Friendliness and Helpfulness of Service Providers and Value of the Vehicle
Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Peacock Hyundai. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and provide price accurate price points, so I knew what to expect. Apart from tires, I only take my vehicle to be serviced at Peacock Hyundai. Most recently, I had my drivers' side window regulator replaced. The only critique that I would offer is that while my vehicle was fixed with the installation of the new ordered part, my window was still covered in grease and dirt from being worked on. So much so that I couldn't see out of the side mirror. Also, I noticed that the small plates that are screwed on behind the door handle and in the cup of the door were not put back, but left in the center console. These are minor oversights and slight inconveniences, in my opinion, as I was easily able to fix this myself, but it is the reason I could not provide a 5-star review.
