Jackson Robert’s was my point of contact and he was pleasant, courteous and made sure I was updated and gave me an estimate on work to be done. He made sure that I was satisfied on the service work. Great employee!

The staff are friendly and efficient. My only difficulty was in trying to make the appointment. I was put through to the wrong person or department several times. Eventually I left a message, not knowing whether or not it was the service dept.

Quality service!
Called on Friday about a check engine light on.Chelsey in service dept gave us a early Monday morning time.Arrived a little early and Chistopher Thomson said it wound be about one hour. After a multi point inspection Chris told us the purge control valve needed to be replaced.Work was completed within seven dollars of quote! GREAT WORK,!

Bad Impression
I visited service department at 5:15 pm. Service guy - Brian asked how he could help me. I said I needed my tires checked. He asked if my tire light came on. I replied “no”. He then said that I was good. No problems. I asked again as I was traveling in a few days to please check my tires. He looked at his watch at 5:15 and said all of his service guys had gone home. Service dept sign says closes at 6 pm. I asked again, there is no one here to check my tires ? He sighed and went to back. Another man took my car back.
As it turns out - I have a bulge in my front tire which unchecked is very dangerous.
I was very offended by his attitude and unwillingness to assist me. I do not ever wish to deal with him again.
If Chris Thompson had not been there - I would had my tires replaced elsewhere. Chris is an exceptional guy, very polite and not demeaning as Brian was. I trust Chris will all his recommendations and service.
