Thank you for making the time to fill out the survey. We apologize for the inconvenience & any confusion related to the times the letters for the campaigns stated. Our appointment times are to meet with a service consultant & have your vehicle written up. We work on more than 100 vehicles daily & try to get them completed as quickly without sacrificing quality. Many vehicles come in for what a customer may feel is a minor concern & is actually a much longer job, & sometimes what a customer feels is a major concern turns out to be minor. Since we can't always know the time required to diagnose or complete a repair we estimate . Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Too much confusion and short on customer service skills.
Appointments made then lost, no available rentals, no appointments for up to two weeks, new employees who are confused, office employees obviously doing nothing through window, and not willing to get up and assist or even act like they're busy doing something else.

Bad service
Never again. Took 3 days to replace a tire & when I questioned the fact that my car was only a year old with 25k miles, I was told it was a sports car & tires were normal wear & tear with no warranty. Never offered a prorated discount or anything. Very disappointed & will not be returning in the future. I wish I'd never bought my car!

Ripped Off
Ever since I bought my car I always bring it to the dealer for everything I need done to it.
I recently came in for an oil change and my 30K mile service. I was told it was about $629.99 for the service. I am a 20 year old college student with two full time jobs, so I have no time at all to be taking it in to get done but I still manage the best I can to get it in there because I want what's best for my car and I want it to stay in mint condition, being its my very first brand new car that I have purchased for myself and I would love for it to last an extremely long time, anything it needs I always say yes and worry about the cost later. Now when I bought my car, both me and my mom went to every site possible raving about how amazing Grayson treated us. Literally every site you can imagine and told everyone we knew. But back to the point. I was quoted 629.99 and the man told me what service I needed at the 30k mile mark. I said yes go ahead and went to the waiting room. I started panicking as soon as I sat down, wondering why in the world it was going to be so much. So I go back out there and say nevermind just let me get the oil change for now. I wanted to look into the rest a little further. I had the man write down what all it was he was quoting me for. I went to three different car places and they all told me I was lied to. I have raved about Grayson since day 1. So this really hurts to know what ive done for them, and they lie to me. I was told I HAD to get a brake, coolant and transmission flush done, along with rotating and balancing tires, and changing the cabin and engine air filter. All three car places I went to confirmed I needed everything EXCEPT I did NOT need those three flushes. That they have access to the system where they can pull up any make and model to a car and see what services it needs at what mile mark. They all showed me their screen at this point. I was lied to and almost got sucked into paying hundreds of dollars for something that did not even need to be done yet. I asked the man at Grayson what was due and required at the 30k mark and he told me all of it was. Yet, no other car place shows those flushes to be due. I'm thankful I thought about it and didn't let them take almost 700 dollars from me. I ended up paying 100-115 for everything except the flushes to get done, somewhere else/I'm a full time student in college trying to buy a house and I'm not completely broke, but for goodness sakes you would think they would not try to sit there and lie to your face to get money from you. I'm extremely disappointed in Grayson and I will NOT be returning for any future services other than recalls or warranty work. I feel taken advantage of and lied to and I do not appreciate how I was treated, especially since I've done Grayson the service of putting good feedback on every site imaginable along with my mother and directing anyone I know there to buy a car. Which will no longer be happening. I also waited almost three hours for an oil change when I was told 1-1.5 hours.

Bad brakes..
First set of brakes lasted 52,000 on my Sonata, next set, 27,000. Would not talk about why this set only lasted 27,000, was same driving conditions etc... Was making noise after installation, I knew something wasn't right, they just said it was normal. Getting brakes done somewhere else tomorrow because they are making noise without putting the brakes on!

Will try to get all the money they can out of you.
They give you one price and then charge you more once the repairs are done to your car. Then they wont call the insurance company until weeks later.

Not friendly or helpful
I made the appointment so that they would look at a leaking tire, and have time to replace if necessary. They told me there was nothing they could do for it, and didn't offer to get the tires replaced then and there, so I got them elsewhere, and you all lost out on my business. We just bought a toyota from a different dealership, and I'm likely going to be taking my elantra there from now on, as they are much more helpful.

Costly
The last two times that I have been to Grayson it has cost me over $250 and this time it was over $500. I am all for maintaining my vehicle but it seems a little excessive.

service guy had a really awful attitude
The service costs more than I was quoted even though nothing was repaired or changed. The service guy insulted me and insisted that my mom didn't know much then told me all about how Grayson had bad equipment
