Very poor communication
I would sum up this experience as very poor communication. It was difficult to even make an appointment. The first time I called I was on hold for almost 10 minutes and then the phone disconnected. I left a message with a receptionist as well as someone via live chat. Over a day went by when I called back. I was finally able to book a time. The next day someone called to book an appointment - which I had already done. I told no less than 5 people (including the person when I brought my car in) that I needed an oil change and tire rotation in addition to the recalls checked. When I picked up my vehicle which had been there 5-6 hours, the oil change and tire rotation was forgotten. The man who checked me out was nice enough to offer that free of charge in the future. However, that means I have to come back a second time just to have this done. Going forward, I will likely find another dealer. In addition to all of that, I was told when I dropped my car off before 9 am that it would be ready at 2pm. I was told at 1pm that would not be possible and that whoever checked me in never should have said that. It was finally ready at 3pm but I had to rearrange some other appointments I had in the afternoon.

Did not honor discount even though present at check-in
I presented them a coupon when I checked in. I didn't realize till reviewing the bill.at home that it wasn't honored. Considering I had more work done then I intended to, I am a little upset that I was not able to save the 10%

Snoby dealerships
If you don't know much about cars, bring someone who does so they don't try to take advantage of you, especially if you are a woman, and upscale you. They did not call at all like hey said they would. They used scare tactics to try and make me spend more money than I truly needed to spend. Unless they hire women and men who aren't sleezy and send up red flags, don't go there.

I am sorry that felt you were being pressured we do not try and pressure anyone into anything about there service. We only try and inform and give you the optiion of wether or not you would like a service lerformed. At certain mileages the manufacture does suggest certain things be done to help keep your car running at optimal performance.

Buyer beware...
Don't bother with service at this dealership. Look elsewhere for an honest mechanic or dealership.

I am sorry you feel that your vehicle was misdiagnosed. We have had several that when just replacing the actuator they come back within a week doing the same thing. That is why the updated part was recommended.

Misinformation and Disorganization
I scheduled an appointment to replace a part a week in advance. I was told by the parts department that the part is kept in stock. I was told by service that the appointment would take 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was told that the service would likely take an hour an a half. Then, I was told that the service could not be performed because the part needed to be ordered. I was very frustrated because, had someone called me, the part could have been delivered in time for the appointment. To make matters worse, when I went to pay for the part so it could be ordered, the clerk asked if I was using a coupon. I said "sure." Then, she said "well, I'll just give you this coupon for next time." Why ask me if I want to use a coupon only to not allow me to use the coupon? The only highlight was the service rep telling me that he would be willing to install the part himself to give me a break on labor cost without asking the mechanics to do anything for free. This was my first time coming to this dealership, and I am very disappointment by the misinformation and disorganization. I likely will not be back after getting the part installed.

Don't make any other plans for your day if you have an "appointment" here.
Takes entirely too long for an oil change and it would be nice if staff showed a bit more concern about the inconvenience.
