Buy your car here, but go elsewhere for service
Probably one of the best dealerships I’ve ever purchased a car from. In fact I did it twice in less than six months. However they have no apparent desire to keep your business once you purchase the car.

The service people were very cordial. They drove me to the nearest Starbucks to pick up breakfast. This way I could have breakfast while waiting for my Sonata being serviced. The service person came to me to let me know my car was done.

Love my car
My second Hyundai and I love my car. I got a good coupon in the mail and so I did the oil change and tire rotation at the dealer. Didn’t try to up-sell me which I loved. Got it done quickly. Car was washed and vacuumed which made me very happy.

Warranty Work
I took in my vehicle due to making a whinning sound and the service team diagnosed it was the alternator and idler pulleys needing replacement. Thanks to the near end warranty this was covered and some. The service team were slammed so it took a little over 2 weeks to complete my service. I was updated by Tim, Jordan, and James regarding the status of my repairs. The service team was aware of my long wait and threw in free wiper blades and fuel system cleaner. I have been coming to service my vehicle here for the past 5 years and will continue using their services due to their professionalism, service and cheerful attitudes.

Superb service... as usual!
The gas gauge in my 2016 Hyundai Equus stopped working properly. It would not go to "Full". I spoke to Justin, the service advisor, who made an appointment for me and indicated he was certain the fuel level sending unit sensor had gone bad.

I dropped the car off on the specified day (Monday), and two days later the diagnosis was confirmed, parts ordered, and I received a call from Tim the Service Mgr. with that update. I told him thAT I was in no hurry to get the car back, and that next week would be fine.

Two days later (Friday), I was called that it was ready and picked the car up during their convenient Saturday service schedule.

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles here, and family members 2 more, and the reason is the always outstanding customer service at all areas of Hyundai of Cool Springs!
