I was very upset
I got service last Monday whichis replacement of engine oil and light bulb. By the way, the light is still out after the service. How come it happened even though I paid for replacing of the light. It sucks.

I am sorry that you feel the price was to high. We use factory parts which do cost more but they come with a 12 mo or 12,000 mile warranty in case it goes out again. Thank you for your business.

Strong Recovery
Turns out the problem was not related to the work completed at the dealership. They ended up replacing the engine under warranty. My only complaint/room for improvement would be not letting me know it would be several days before they could look at my car because of the holidays.

Pitiful Service
I brought my car in for one of the numerous recalls issued on the 2012 Sonata. I did not make it home from the dealer before the car completely shut off while driving. I had no power steeling, brakes, or headlights. I had the car towed back to the dealership that evening and called the next morning. It has been 12 days and I have had no contact from the dealer despite my voice messages and visit to the dealership asking for a status update.

I purchased a 2012 Genesis and it has been the best car I have owned. The dealership worked with me where I felt I got a good deal. The service department was able to resolve an issue that occurred with the vehicle. I would definitely shop the competition to compare what you get for your money when evaluating makes of cars. Would by again.

Genesis
Beware of radio touchscreen. Went out just over 50,000 miles and was quoted $7000 to fix problem. So much for their flagship car.

I am sorry about your radio. Unfortunately all we can do as a dealer is abide by Hyundai warranty policy and ask for assitance if outside of warranty. Hyundai makes all decisions for  warranty. The warranty for the radio was 3yr or 36,000 miles whichever comes first. We sent for for assistance and Hyundai declined due to age and mileage.

Good service, but look at charges closely
I went in for a routine oil change and was waiting a lot longer than expected for my service to be completed. I left noticing that I was charged for new Air filters although I had them changed the last time. The charge was not discussed and I feel very unnecessary and sneaky. I do trust the work that they do here though I will pay closer attention to the receipt

In looking over your invoice the filter you see listed is for a oil filter. The oil filter is changed everytime you do a oil change. It is listed as engine filter assembly. Thank you for your business.

I am sorry that the car wash was not completed. If you are around the dealer ship any time soon we will gladly run it thru the wash for you. As far as road noise from tires balancing will not help noise. If the rear had more noise than front and we rotated the tires than that would be why the noise seems louder now. We can rotate the tires back if you like and see if that improves the noise.
