Confirm price and service
They’ll incentivize a 5 star rating with free oil changes and you’ll still pay for it. They always bring you a dirty air filter so write your initials on your abs check it. If you have a sunroof BE SURE to ask them to check it as this is NOT included in their review of the vehicle nor is it mentioned in any level of service (25k, 50k, etc mile recommended service).

No Car Wash?
Either this is the only dealership in North America that doesn’t have a car wash or the service advisor was not forthright.

It’s standard at most reputable dealerships for them to wash your car as part of the service. This location does not follow that standard.

Sales and service
I like some features on the vehicles but the sales and service don't let you choose.( anything from how you shop to sneaky terms add ons ,which raise the monthly payments). Don't always get what you pay for and leave frustrated. I Have had a lot of mechanical and other parts wearing faster than my loan expiration.

It's better to get all the right parts but the service for anything repaired or maintenance is a hassle. Time, quality of work, not getting what I pay for.
When I purchase a vehicle I will look elsewhere.

Not worth the wait and empty promises
To make a long story short, it takes too long for minimal service, bribed for a five star survey, promised a car wash and didn’t get that either. Not about to go back in and ask for that to tack on an extra hour wait. No thank you.

The place is great just need to pay more attention to customer details. Had new mats on the back seat that could have been installed. And if the technician replace the fuse he or she would have saw the bare carpet which required detailing.

recent service
The staff was very kind and respectful but after not providing all of the service I requested and the unbelievable difference in the amount of time I was told the repairs would take and reality, I left very unhappy. I will definitely return to this dealership, however. I've always had great care by their staff.

I really liked this place when I bought the car but it appears to have new management that is about maximizing profit over customer relationships. I love the car but don't think I will buy from these guys when its time for a new one.

Apparently the mechanics are either incompetent or crooked.
Was quoted $269 for work and was charged $389. Went in for oil change and after inspection they said I needed to change both air filters, as well as have the fuel injector system flushed as scheduled maintenance. I am the original owner of this 2015 Sonata and it only has 52,000 miles, but my engine light came on tonight just 3 days after it was serviced. I plugged in my FIXD and got the codes. Guess what? All the codes were related to the air flow of the intake manifold. Are you telling me Hy day mechanics can't properly perform the most basic mechanics skills in changing air filters? Now because of their incompetence, or crookedness, I have to go back to the dealer to get this fixed in hopes that their screw up didn't cause permanent damage to my system. I'm so angry I could have a stroke! The only reason I even purchased a Hyundai is because of close friends that praise your company to the heavens. NEVER AGAIN!!!! First and last time Hyundai owner. I won't be able to sell this car fast enough. I've had nothing but problems with your service department at two different locations. I never had any problems with the service department at Lincoln and I bought my Towncar used from Carmax. Yet Lincoln treated us like special guests, as if we purchased our car through their dealership, and they always had top notch service. One of the codes was for a Pos sensor. That's about right! The whole darn Hyundai experience has been a Pos!
