Needs improvement
I like the convenience of being close to home but there needs to be an improvement in service. I would go to another Hyundai dealership in the future if the need should arise.

Stunned
Not enough time to go into detail, I've typed the story out too many times. Something must've changed at Bob Stallings Hyundai because this is all a little stunning. Hopefully I eventually hear back from them regarding, what I consider, a fraudulent repair on my vehicle.

Worst service and dealership
My car was returned and I was charged without probes being fixed. They gave me a very low end loaner car.

No communication
There was no communication about any updates while my car was being serviced. It took them over a week before my car was ready for pick up. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. They kept giving me the run around and what they thought was taking so long.

From bad to worse!!!
Went in for an oil change(5pm) and sat in the waiting area. No word on my car or when it would be ready. Sat in waiting area until the shop closed and employees left. Still no word. Finally got up and went to the Dealership side and asked about my car. Got a manger and we went hunting for my keys in the garage (which is now closed) and trying to figure out where my car was. Finally found my keys and car which had been serviced but I had no idea since no one came and told me. So I sat patiently and waited 2 hours just to have the shop close its garage doors turn off the lights with me inside . Horrible service and communication on service staff .

From bad to worse!!!
If I could rate a "0" I would. Completely horrible second experience , after a dismal first experience 2 months ago, in which I was promised THEN that, if I gave them another chance they would take care of me. Well this was their second chance, and they blew it big time. Going in for a routine oil change (4:50pm), I was initially told that it would be a 30 min wait.This was perfectly fine with me as I know how service can get backed up, you get a rush or what have you. I simply replied "That's fine" and went and took my seat . Many customers where there, so I just figured they were very busy at the time. Sections of the customer waiting area seats were full of people. I sat down and to pass the time played games on my phone. Soon 30 - 45 minutes soon pass and I see most of the customers making their way out one by one. I pay it no mind and just think surely my car will be ready soon. going on 6:00pm I start to get a little worried since my car should have been done by now, but as of yet no one has approached me with any news on my car. I'm a patient person so I don't want to raise a stink about my wait so I continue to wait..6:30 I'm the only customer in the shop now..still not ready? 6:45....6:50...7:00 by this time I decide its time to find out what's going on , 2 hrs for an oil change is pretty unreasonable, and I noticed they close AT 7pm so I was also shocked no one was rounding up any customers telling them they are closing. I stand up and every last customer is gone. TOTAL silence..I walk over to the desk area and not ONE employee is there..in fact the shop is CLOSED, windows shutters, closed, lights out..doors locked. I'm thinking "you can't be serious!?" I walk over to the sales area of the store which looks like they are still operating, and ask the clerk if she's heard any news about my car. She didn't know anything about it. A manager walks by and over hears our conversation and acted perplexed when I told him how long I had been waiting for an oil change, which he confieered because he said he remembered seeing me and knew exactly where I was sitting the whole time, since 5pm and it is now going on 7:15 and no one knows where my car is or any information about it. They scrounge around in the key cabinet where the keys of serviced cars are stored, one after another I try and see if my key is there. Finally I notice my keys . We search the garage and parking lot and finally find my car. At this point I'm wondering if it had even been serviced . It had, it was washed and a new sticker placed inside to notify me of when I should come back for my next oil change. The managers apologized to me and sent me on my way, needless to say I will NOT be going back and I advice anyone who can help to drive an extra 20 or so miles to be treated as a valued customer to do so. This is beyond ridiculous , that I waited patiently in service station 2 hours for an oil change and was basically forgotten about , to the point where the shop CLOSED. This on top of it being their second chance to keep me as a customer after a horrible FIRST experience which I had also rated them on. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service, and respect for the individual. I've worked in public service jobs all my life and I know there are people who will hold you to "the customer is always right" and try to exploit it just to complain or looking for something free. This is not that case, this was plain and simple disregard , rudeness , and plain unprofessionalism . Hopefully they will work on this.

Coming through with excellent service!!!
I was extremely upset about a problem with my vehicle when I picked it up. Instead of bringing the problem to their intention, I left extremely angry. Stephanie promptly contacted me and we worked through the issue. I am extremely appreciative to the staff at Bob Stallings for helping fix the issue!

Failure to fix everything
I was not satisfied with the level of customer service I received. My car was dropped off on Saturday, July 29, 2017 for issues with the shift lock release. The service manager assigned, Steve Woodrow (I think), assessed the problem and advised that I needed a brake light switch replaced and also recommended new brakes. He advised that the part was not in stock and that they wouldn't be able to get the replacement part until Wednesday, August 2, 2017 - I told him to fix the replacement brake light switch but to not do the brakes. I pick up my car on Wednesday 8/02/17 and pay approximately $160 in fees. Upon arriving at home, I notice that my right rear brake light is not working. I cannot understand why this brake light bulb which was burnt out apparently was not diagnosed/fixed by the service department. They had my vehicle for 5 days. Very disappointed that this simple item was not corrected, especially given the amount of money I paid and the length of time that they had my vehicle. I probably will not be returning for service again. The only good part about the experience, was the shuttle driver named Pete. He was very courteous and professional.

Extremely dissatisfied with treatment after the sell.
My mother purchased a 2014 Hyundai accent for a friend who is taken care of her so that she would have a dependable vehicle to get my mom where she needs to go. Yessica was addiment about selling the car on 06/30/17. My mom was misled concerning the service warranty three times was asked about the service costing 2 to 3 thousand dollars. Yessica and Juan finance person both said that those days are long gone it would only be $10 a month. When the contract was signed by my mom the service contract fee was conveniently covered up and the 14 was hindered from view by the dollar sign. My friend traded in her 2006 accent. We returned on sat 07/01/17 to drop off the trade in and yessica was not present even though she said she would. We left the keys with Miguel who tossed them in his top desk drawer. Two weeks pass and yessica calls wanting to know where the keys to the trade in was, not are you enjoying the car or is there anything you need. No thank you either. I also asked when the tags would be in and was told they come in when they come in. That is why the sell paper tag is good until the end of august. That leads to today July 24th 17 we were waiting on a check to pay the car off that we just received called cap one and find the pay off is 2000 more then we expected. This is when realized we were totally deceived on the service contract. The worst part is that they treat us as lower class citizens and stupid. Pay cap one the $2000 asap so my mom can pay off the car. The sell was done in one day. How difficult is it to cut a check take it to there office in plano and turn it in to cap one so the car can be paid off. My mom is 81 years old. To treat her deceitfully is deplorable and not make right of it. She was pampered during the sell since it was near closing time and the last day of the month, but since has been treated as she is beneath anyone and everyone at stallings. The sell was done in one day so to refund the 2000 in one day is only fair. I can't even give a star for the deceitful and deplorable actions and treatment of my mother who was a teacher for over 30 years. I had to give one star in order to post review even though it is not deserved because I had to.
