Customer Service & the work
It's just nice to walk into a NICE CLEAN place ~ greeted w/a smile and eye contact ~ feel comfortable ~ and customer service is giving you 100% truth about your car ~ then the free car wash ~ Ruby (my car) was not only looking good ~ but was running so much better. Moses gave me a time frame of how long it was going to take ~ the labor did not go over his estimated time ~ "IF" I purchase another Hyndai ~ it will be from this location.

Takes forever!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE
My wife had a passenger door problem with her 2016 Hyundai Tucson. We found out that the warranty had expired but "Candice" our service rep took it upon herself to go to to Hyundai to see if they would cover the repair cost (which they did). While waiting for the part to arrive the drivers door started having the same problem. I called Candice and without asking her she told me that she was going to resubmit to Hyundai to see if they would also cover the other door (which they did). For someone to go above and beyond for a customer without the customer asking is TEN STAR SERVICE. Because of Candice my wife purchased another 75K Hyundai Platinum Service Plan as she plans on keeping the car because of its reliability. When it comes time for a new car the next one will be another Bob Stallings Hyundai. Candice is far and above the most professional and kind service advisor we have encountered. It is obvious that with the Management above her that this dealership will continue to get top ratings from its customers.

bad review
The Service rep was polite and did inform me there was a fee but she did not state how much it was. I would not have the service department t look at this issue; just the tires. I new the part would cost less than $50 to fix. I am not Stupid. So I paid $139 to have air taken out of tires

Bob Stallings Service Department
I took my car in for the knock sensor update. Service Reps were friendly and efficient. I was told it would take about an hour and it did. Had a nice hot cup of coffee while I waited and looked at the cars on the showroom floor. Car was washed before returning. A very good experience.

Responsive professional personnel
I have been very pleased with the service of Bob Stallings Hyundai. The service personnel are prompt and demonstrate knowledge of the vehicle and the service and/or products.. I want to commend Mrs Bobbie Atkins, my service adviser, for her extraordinary service. The facility is clean and waiting area comfortable and the service is done in a timely manner. The one concern is that there are no complimentary snacks for customers. If this dealership is destined to have an upscale clientele, such amenities (coffee, tea, soft drinks, nuts, and fruit) are essential and recommended. Check out the Mercedes dealership and discover how it values its customers.

Excellent Service
I just have to give credit where credit is due. Special thanks to the magnificent team for coming through once again. I have purchased cars from this dealership in the past for my daughters but this time it was for me and I instantly fell in love with a vehicle that was carefully hand-picked for me. I only saw pictures of the outside of the car initially and I knew it was the one for me. It was delivered to my job with care. And when I got inside I felt as if the team selected this car as if they were selecting it for themselves. It had features that I did not know it had and plus it was my favorite color. I was given clear instructions on how to operate the car and everything. No kidding this is the place to go for your next car. Trust me! Thank you again to Ward, Carrenado and the beautiful female who’s name I didn’t catch.
