Not so great service
Lack of Communication to find out the status of my vehicle. I had to call (3) times to find out if my car service was done. This, after I was told someone would contact me when my vehicle was done. Car was not properly test driven, because when I went to pickup my car the brakes were noisy & had to leave my car an extra day & take a loaner car.

Maintenance Service
Poor diagnosis of my axle. Failed to tell me about (for lack of a better term) damaged plastic skid plate underneath my car.

Awful
Don't take your vehicle to this dealership. You will be screw with. They said they rotate my tires but they didn't. I ask to change my back blades, they changed the front and not the back. I don't even think the change my oil. Not going back

Missing Car Wash
Great experience with the Service contact. My only disappointment was that they had not washed my car and they had told me they would. Since it had been done on all prior service it was disappointing that it didn't happen this time.

Not so much
I had to actually pull the GM, Adrian aside before I left the dealership and convey to him that I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism and customer service decorum that I was shown by his Used Car Dealer who had "cornered me in the middle of the waiting area" with other guests all around and privy to our convo.....and proceeded to pressure me and engage me in discussing personal financial aspects involving my present vehicle and whether or not I had to take out a car loan or if I paid it outright, as he was very interested in working out a deal to purchase my 2014 Santa Fe an offer me "an unbelievable deal" for a brand new 2019 Santa Fe. After having originally purchased our vehicle from Racine Hyundai, and have religiously driven out my way to have my car service there, for the last five (5+yrs) I'm seriously considering finding other service providers closer to my home. This encounter with the Used Car Mgr could be the proverbial "straw"!!

Could have been better
I was not especially happy with my last visit. Not only did it take two and a half hours for something that should have taken less than an hour but I felt I was overcharged for a part/service I could have bought online for half of what they charged me for. I've always been more than satisfied with my service experience here but I am definitely considering taking my vehicles elsewhere.

Even calling ahead to confirm parts are available doesn't help. All they could say was "sorry" have to come back!

Did not fix the problem
I went in for my doors not unlocking and a regular oil change.
Got the oil change but the service guy never told the technician about my doors.
They did not want to look at it while I was there.

Lack of follow through
For the past 6 months, we have been trying to get a loaner car for a repair; however, they either never have one or we are not a priority since our repair is not a major repair. They keep promising they will take care of us; however, we never hear from them. We have to continue calling on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. They tell us what we want to hear; however, they have yet to follow through on their promises. We are highly frustrated and disappointed. Nice people, poor customer service.

warranty issue
I took my car in on February 11th for a warranty issue as of right now the only phone calls that have been made are my follow-up calls to see where they're at with my car. I was told that this issue can take two to three months because of the inspection etc.but when calling the warranty place (which apologized on the dealerships behave) I was told that the claim wasn't even filed to the 20th and the inspection was just now scheduled as of yesterday the 27th. I'm sorry I simply would not recommend going to Racine Hyundai for anyone.This has been a strenuous process and at this point I don't trust them and I'm genuinely worried about what condition my car will be in when I get it back. So I continue to drive around a rolling advertisement (their huge logo on the side of this loaner) and hope at some point I get my car back in one piece.

I see I'm not the only one with this complaint on here but my car had a clicking sound so I made an appt on 2/9/2019 at 11a.m. Before the car was even looked at I was told it was an engine issue & if I didn't have an warranty that it would be pretty expensive. I was basically blown off after that even though come to find out I have a extended warranty that will cover the issue. When I told Nick, the mechanic there....after I finally called at 3:30 because no one had told me the next step after driving back and forth to get answers (fyi, 30 min to get there)....he told me he was busy and would "probably " get around to calling in for my warranty next week to see when I could bring the car back in BUT it's not safe to drive the car in the meantime. As of right now I still haven't had an appt set, my car is still clicking, and it was the worst service I've ever...never received. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them if your only option is to go to them after if you have issues. I currently have a Rosen Hyundai in Illinois trying to help the best they can but their an hour and half away. This place needs to be on the news for their horrible service and I'm a minority so yes, it makes me wonder if that was part of their issue.

Poor product and worse customer service
My car(2012 Hyundai Elantra ) has a manufacturing fault because of it is making ticking or knocking noise and it is gonna kill the engine overtime and the dealer or the company is not ready to fix it and I was been told that you should have done it under warranty period now the fis is gonna cost you around $5000 now

Nice facility but a few poor experiences
I had an awful buying experience a few years ago. I think they have a few new team members in sales now (including a GM) that will hopefully provide others with a better experience. Most of the service team members are good but this last experience wasn’t the best. For starters, I was never told I had a recall on my vehicle until I arrived at the dealership. I’m not sure if that’s normal protocol but it was a little unsettling. I also never received more information about the recall. I was just told it was “some computer issue” and that it’d be fixed at the same time as the oil change for free. He said it would take about an hour. It took an hour and a half. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to be updated at some point and I never was... they also never went over the vehicle inspection with me at the end. The service writer was polite but a terrible communicator.
