I have known Tom Finch and Tim Hughes for a Very Long time and they are Both Honest as the Day is Long!..... And with Lisa, Jake and the Team they have always treated me Right!!

Love how I'm treated as a friend not as "dollar signs" walking in the door or calling on the phone. Doesn't matter if it's a simple oil change, or a more major repair. If the tech finds something more than I brought my vehicle in for, I'm informed of the needs and recommendations--but never in a "pushy" way--and questions I have are answered in easier-to-understand layman's terms.

Just had an oil change. Love that the car is washed and cleaned as part of the service. The tin of cookies was also good

I have been taking my cars to Tom Finch since I was in high school over 20 years ago.

I have been taking my vehicles to Finch for about 5 years and really don't want to go anywhere else. Staff are great and mechanics are great! I can see why Tom Finch has been in business for 40 years. I will continue to go for oil changes and any other mechanical issues I might have. Being able to trust where you take your car is so important to me!

I recommend Finch because of my reason in the subject line. They take emotion out of the equation and actually diagnose your vehicle. I had routine services done, but they could have added additional and “unneeded” service work and repair. They did not do that. The service advisor is amazing and made me aware of upcoming services needed. Take your vehicle here. Honest business + small business as well. They are upfront and honest. All the reasons you should get your vehicle looked at here. They are the “Beekeeper” of small business auto repair.
