My wife’s 2017 Dodge Journey stopped on the west side of Chicago by Rush hospital. We had it towed to Lynwood Firestone early Thursday morning at 2am. We already had an appointment for Saturday but the vehicle didn’t make it. The Alternator went out along with tension pulleys and a new belt. We got the vehicle back Saturday. You guys are the best. Side Bar: In the process of getting my wife’s vehicle fixed. She side swiped mine and I think broke a rear shock I think. Firestone I’ll be back.

My daughter needed an oil change for her car after Christmas. She lives 25 miles away... the team at Lynwood had her drop the car on the Saturday afternoon before New Years and they had it done in a few hours. Great service.

Made visit for general maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation. Staff notified me that belts needed changing. (Almost 150000 miles on my truck). I always feel safe in my truck after taking it here for repairs and maintenance. They are very welcoming and friendly 😊

came in because my brakes had failed and i was pretty sure it was the brake line. the guys check the brakes, identified the issue, planned a thorough repair. i also planned an oil change, since it was due. And, based upon previous visits, i knew i needed tires... with an added wear issue on a part of the front end. I decided to get it all done on 1 visit. I was given a price and estimated time for completing. The bill was as quoted and i got an update on the progress of the repair from Tino, by phone. So, i feel like i am in a better place since I got all of the repairs done... and the brakes work much better.
