Spoke with Tiffany. She said she is very upset at the way she was treated at this facility. She said they were rude and they all had attitudes. She was charged $70 for a diagnostic and then she was told she would need a part that she would have to pay for. Then they changed their mind and said she would have to bring her vehicle back after having it for two days. She was given a lot of excuses about someone being out for a family emergency and someone was having a baby. Her vehicle was never fixed and she will not recommend this facility to anyone because they should have done the diagnostic right the first time.

Devon said he got the impression that they were going to diagnose his vehicle for free to see what the problem was with the air conditioner. They told him over the phone that they were going to charge him $74, but when he got his vehicle they charged him $85 because it included tax. He would not recommend them because the air conditioner fuse keeps going out and it is not working.

Spoke with Paul. He said this business did not do an inspection but still charged for it. A full payment was made even though the problem is not resolved. A light came on and he believes it has to do with the transmission. He would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.

Said vehicle failed pa emission test due to all readyness monitors not set. Inspection and emission test fees are charged pass or fail. Customer has 30 days for a retest at no charge which was explained to customer at time of vehicle failing.

Cara said she saw a sign at this business that read oil change for $25. She went in for the oil change and was charged $59. She asked them why there was a difference and she was told it was because she uses synthetic oil. The sign did not read what type of oil was used for the $25 oil change.
