"Great work and good prices. Customer care...???"
Well I have been taking my cars/trucks to this auto repair for years now, mainly for all major services and other repairs that have been needed. The last few times I have been there I would have to say that Mike, the owner has not been the friendliest..he always seems very dry and not pleasant to speak to. He was hard to get to even crack a smile, this to me is a huge deal as he seems like he doesn't go out of his way to be upbeat and more friendly. Let alone I had needed shocks for my truck and had a friend of the family get me a good deal of price so they did it and not Mike's shop (inland auto) and hes was not happy about that...I don't know if I will return as the customer care needs to be better. Not so angry and mad at me for getting shocks done elsewhere....I send him alot of friends for work on their cars and this disappoints me...they have mentioned the same thing that he seems very "blah" no emotion when they talk to him. So cheer up and be friendly that will get you far and make people happy.

Eric said this business broke the handle for his oil disk and did not fix it. The oil disk is something that would need to be replaced. He would not recommend them because they have not fixed the oil disk.

We replaced the oil dip stick, which was ready to brake already or it would have never broke when we checked the oil sorry.

"Could use some work on customer service"
First time in to get my brakes replaced on my Toyota Sequoia, everything was good. About a month later I returned for a fuse replacement & oil change. After finishing the work on my vehicle, Mike was very harsh with me. He told me that they are not an oil changing place and I should take it to grease monkey or somewhere like that next time. Even though they have a sign on the front counter saying if you post a review you will get a discount on your oil change and they have a coupon on their site for 50% off an oil change. You don't want my money, fine, I'll take it somewhere else. After leaving, I noticed they left a dirty rag on my passenger side floorboard.

Ken said he went to this business and they told him his power steering fluid was leaking. He told them he was taking his vehicle out of there because he did not have the money. He told them he thought it was an oil leak, for he touched the oil in his garage. They told him it was probably a combination since the power steering fluid reservoir was low. When he was about to take his keys and leave, they told him the drain plug was a little loose, which could be the cause for the oil leak. When he got home, he saw there was no leak in the power steering, so he was a little concerned that he was going to be charged for services he did not need.

"Oil change and cabin air filter."
We usually drive around 600 miles per month. We will not need an oil change before the suggested 3000 miles or the date around 4/16. We will return when we cover the 3000 miles or a little before. Hal Foreman

You might try finding a more reliable , honest and knowledgeable person than Mike. It does not matter the problem with your auto. My car is a ten yr old, to me it drives like a new car. Trust me you can trust Mike. I am a female: its hard to find who too trust..
