I apologize for your feelings about your visit with us Santino. Virginia Saftey Inspection Law requires us to do a complete inspection of your car. When a saftey issue is found we show you the reason for the needed repair and give a detailed estimate we believe is compatible with other area repair stations. I believed after you accepted the estimate we did a good job on your brake repair. if you would like to bring your car back in I will be happy to go over the details of the brake job with you.

Donald, I am sorry the gear indicator light is not working correctly. We believe the light was damaged by the person that took the dash apart trying to fix the no heating problem before the vehicle was brought to us. We repaired the heat and will be glad to fix the light if you want to bring the vehicle in.

Bert said he is disappointed in the charge. It cost $200 for parts and a little over $300 for labor. He was upset when he came out. He will recommend them but will ask for the amount before he does the service.

I am sorry you were not satisfied with your recent visit to All Car Service. I had hoped that by giving you an estimate, having my technician diagnose why your door would not stay shut, clean and lubricate the latch to fix the issue and doing it for less than my estimate I would have made a satisfied new customer. We strive to do the best job we can at a reasonable price. Barry said the service and repair were good. He was inconvenienced a little bit. He had to go and pick up the part to be installed in his vehicle. The guys at this business had a hard time describing what it looked like to the vendor. Aside from that, everything was pretty good.

"Working FOR the Cusotmers satisfaction."
Jon and the rest of the crew managed to get the Prius done in the time frame that I had to work with. Always courteous, and thorough as to what is going to be done, and the cost. No surprises.
