Keep the costumers quickly and good advice

Went to the shop around 3:00 on Friday with a very loud exhaust leak. Thinking they would say leave it or come back early Saturday morning. Well, they put it right up on the lift, found the leak within seconds and asked me if I wanted to see if they could fix it before closing at 5:00 or come back. I said Ok let's try before closing and I went to the next corner store to grab the mechanics some coffee's. I had to wait for a new pot to brew. By the time the coffee brewed and I made a few coffee's and walked one block back to the shop, they were lowering my car from the lift. It was only 3:35 and I was leaving with a quiet car at a very reasonable price.

I thought I might have a wheel bearing going bad but Nick assured me that they were ok. He found I had 3 different brands of tires on the car. How I don’t know but will be replacing all 4 tires so there is no issue with different tire tread patterns Very good trouble shooting.

Since moving to Bayonne a few years ago, I have taken my car to Midtown several times and have never had an issue. Repairs are always done the first time correctly and reasonably priced.

I did the NJ State inspection with Midtown Auto. The staff is polite and friendly. It was done quickly and I was on my way. This is my second time and it won’t be the last.

Went in for a replacement thermostat. Of course it entailed more then I thought, but it is all taking care of.. and inspection too. This place is the best.. reliable and trustworthy.. would not go anywhere else.

Midtown auto is the only auto garage I will go to. Today my oil was changed,the air in all my tires was checked, windshield wiper fluid was added and some more basic adjustments were addressed- all while I waited. The mechanics work quickly and are reliable. I don't know where I would bring my car if Midtown Auto ever closes.
