Chris called and said my tires were due for replacement. I did some research on Tire Rack and found the tires that I wanted. Printed out the info from Tire Rack to show Chris what I wanted. Chris matched the Tire Rack price without me asking. I only brought the info to show him what I wanted not the price.The price was matched but not the free Road Hazard or the $100 rebate, but that didn't matter to me. I have been dealing with Jensen for many years and they have always been fair and reliable. I don't want any hassles and I know if I have any issues with the tires, alignment or balancing they will do right by me. Bought 4 tires there for my wife's car and my son bought 4 tires for his car at Jensen as well. I like to work with local people when possible, not major mega chains.
