Eric said he had to take his vehicle back to this business multiple times for the same thing. Every time he picked it up, something else was wrong with it. He went there to get his vehicle fixed, not to have more problems. He would not recommend them to others due to his experience. Their customer service was excellent, but he will never take his vehicle to them again.

Aaron said after his oil change was performed, he noticed a puddle of oil underneath his vehicle. He then found out that the business did not tighten his oil filter. He would not recommend them to others because of this experience.

Lee said the guys at this business are cool but they forgot to order a part for his vehicle. Then when they did get it in and installed it in his vehicle, it started to squeak. As a result, he had to go back for it to be looked at. He did not like having to go back so much. He would not recommend them due to this experience.

"Picked up the ball and ran!"
Able Auto took on repairs to my truck where another shop had failed, and did so in a fraction of the time. I was glad to find Able which is now my first choice for any repairs and where I’ll send my friends and family!

"Life saver"
I took my truck in for an oil change last week. I purchased the truck new about 18 months ago. It has 23K miles on it. I asked Jon to check the tire pressure also. After checking the tire pressure, he asked me to look at my tires up close. There were bits of tire missing from each one. The tires were disintegrating. I am pulling a 30 foot travel trailer, and if it were not for Jon noticing the bad tires, I could have had a nasty accident on the Interstate highway.
