Michelle said she had purchased an oil change package from this business, which include checking the tires and other things. All she received was an oil change, plus the staff at this business charged her $6 to dispose of the used oil. This is the first place that she has ever been charged for the disposal.

Michelle Sorry for the misunderstanding we charge for the disposal and taxes for this, city of mesa still wants us to pay them for the taxes I will look into this to see if there is a better way I can do it. Eric said he had to take his vehicle back to this business multiple times for the same thing. Every time he picked it up, something else was wrong with it. He went there to get his vehicle fixed, not to have more problems. He would not recommend them to others due to his experience. Their customer service was excellent, but he will never take his vehicle to them again.

Aaron said after his oil change was performed, he noticed a puddle of oil underneath his vehicle. He then found out that the business did not tighten his oil filter. He would not recommend them to others because of this experience.

Lee said the guys at this business are cool but they forgot to order a part for his vehicle. Then when they did get it in and installed it in his vehicle, it started to squeak. As a result, he had to go back for it to be looked at. He did not like having to go back so much. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
