This place is awful. Mauricio in particular. My neighbor took her Jag there twice and it is now completely ruined. Water is flooding into the cab of the car from underneath the hood, they charged her over $2000 for nothing. Basically checked her fluids and hoses, a tune up. Outrageous. These mechanics that take advantage of these older and younger women who do not know any better ought to be ASHAMED of themselves

Deshauna said the service is fine but every time she goes there, something else falls apart. She went to have her alternator fixed and then her starter broke. After that, her radiator pump stopped working and now her brake light has come on. She said she had her brakes checked at another facility and nothing is wrong but the light is still on.

Taill light trouble
disappointed that I had to leave shop in less desirable mode than when I came in. Went in and turn signal did not work properly. Left with left side tail lights not working. additional corrections were not made due to holidays.

Hi Christa , thanks very much for taking tha time to post a review , We are very sorry that the repair was not in complete satisfaction to you, but as I explained to you  we had problems with availability of parts , and then  after we finished the service we were working on and drive your car we had  the malfunction of the crankshaft sensor , wich we did not discovered before  because there was not indication of such failure , then again we had to order the part for the following  day , these are the reasons it took so long , again we appologise for any incovinience we created  for that  delay , by the way  you can stop by the shop any time  we'll reset the clock for you.  Thanks
