Miguel said he took his vehicle in for a brake line leak. He said they switched out the front calipers and told him the rear calipers were fine. The rear brakes are now making a loud screeching sound and he is not happy he was told they are fine. He has not had time to take the vehicle back, but he intends to. He will not recommend them to others unless they can fix the problem with his rear brakes.

thank you for your feed back  emergency brk was stuck on installed customers own caliper  and installed new brk pads for left rear to correct problem

car had bend wheels and bad tires  cust ordered wheels had someone else mount tires and wheels brought back to me to balance 4 wheels still had bad tires didnot order new tires what do i do

Ken said he took his vehicle for his sliding door for his Honda Odyssey. They took apart the door and told him he needs to purchase a module and a switch for $800. Three days later, he opened the door manually and it opened by itself. When the person who was taking care of his vehicle took the door apart, he must have taken care of the problem so he is happy he doesn't have to buy new expensive parts.

Miceli said after the work his vehicle is still messed up. He had them replace a part but his vehicle had another problem so he took it back to them. They replaced another part but the check engine light still came on. He will have to take his vehicle back to them again. Their customer service was really good.

Chris said this business did good with the service provided on this vehicle but on a previous visit with another vehicle, the business replaced six of the eight coils individually after they systematically went out one by one every two weeks. After the sixth replacement, he took the vehicle to another facility where the mechanic informed him there was a leak in the transmission. This was causing the coils to go out. The business should have figured this out immediately but did not and cost him a lot of money. Due to this he would not recommend this business for service. He had been a customer with this business for a very long time and will never return again.
