Chris said this business did good with the service provided on this vehicle but on a previous visit with another vehicle, the business replaced six of the eight coils individually after they systematically went out one by one every two weeks. After the sixth replacement, he took the vehicle to another facility where the mechanic informed him there was a leak in the transmission. This was causing the coils to go out. The business should have figured this out immediately but did not and cost him a lot of money. Due to this he would not recommend this business for service. He had been a customer with this business for a very long time and will never return again.

Miguel said he took his vehicle in for a brake line leak. He said they switched out the front calipers and told him the rear calipers were fine. The rear brakes are now making a loud screeching sound and he is not happy he was told they are fine. He has not had time to take the vehicle back, but he intends to. He will not recommend them to others unless they can fix the problem with his rear brakes.

thank you for your feed back  emergency brk was stuck on installed customers own caliper  and installed new brk pads for left rear to correct problem

"Fast and friendly service"
Great service at a reasonable price. When you have an older vehicle things are going to wear out so it's nice to have a good local mechanic. Highly recommend Katt's for your automotive needs.

"The Care and Understanding as a Customer."
They always seem to take the time no matter how busy they are to help a customer in need. Very knowledgeable about the different types of cars, recalls and what to watch out for.

"Front end noise was driving me crazy"
Had a squealing noise coming from the front end of my truck that was driving me crazy. Every time I would bring it in it wouldn't make the noise. Very frustrating! Katt's kept it for a few days, figured out what was causing the noise and fixed it. Thank you!!!

"Fast and Honest Service"
Brought my car to Katt's for a noise in the engine. Needed a Serpentine Belt. Dropped car on my way to work and the car was ready by lunch. The price quoted is what they charged and service was fast, honest and very friendly. Would highly recommend Katt's.
