Mitch said the business diagnosed his vehicle for something that still did not fix the problem. They replaced a couple of sensors without his permission. The problem was not corrected.

In regards to replacing parts without permission, it is not our company's policy to replace items on a vehicle without the express permission of the vehicle's owner. The service performed on your vehicle was done exactly as you requested and agreed upon.

Big Boys, No complaints.
