    I am more than impressed with the great experience I’ve had at Harris. From making an appt by telephone to checking out. The appt time I make is honored, not just by getting my keys, they have a mechanic ready to take the car into the shop. Mechanics hustle with purpose, instead of having a vacant look that says I’d rather be somewhere else. Service writers are knowledgeable, fast and friendly. prices are extremely competitive. They even researched the maintenance checks from my car’s manufacturer....no more dealerships for me. For all the customer service I would actually pay more. Harris has become my only choice for keeping my car running.

    It is nice being able to do everything over e-mail. I submitted and received a quote, worked out service timing, etc. The service was quick and as described. Although you may be able to find a slightly better price at a big box store, what is your time worth? There's no muss and no fuss working with this local shop.

    I was late for an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I made the call to let them know that we could schedule for another day, but the gentleman said to bring it in as soon as I could get there. I did and they took care of me. Great place!

    Harris Automotive has always gone the extra mile! Something as simple as an oil change or a complicated parts that are only available in a few places, they handle it all with ease. Service is done in days not weeks, it's always done right. The team that represents Harris Automotive is what makes the company!     I always wait for my car and the service is usually about 1 to 1/2 hours. I am always greeted as I come in the door. Prices are not too expensive. With this recent service I was quoted for 2 tire sensors. I found the cost to be high in comparison to one I have already replaced on a tire.

    I recently moved to the area and tried a couple of other shops for my service work but never impressed. I gave Harris a try and have never went anywhere else since. I feel they are honest and upfront and stand by their work. The only negative is they are sometimes hard to get into but that to me is a sign of being busy which bodes well for their service.
