Great service. Honest and dependable.
We needed 2 belts changed. We arrived early, left to get breakfast, returned approx. 45 minutes later and work was done. Price was fair and reasonable. Great family business!

My Honest Opinion
I arrived at 7:45 and my car was ready 1:45. I have no idea what the usual time for this repair is. After the car was looked at and the repair needed was explained and I signed authorization I was told the repair would take approx. 3 hours. I was sitting in your waiting room for 6 hours. There was only one customer before me. Loooong day for this old lady. I live three miles away and too far for me to walk both ways. No ride was offered even though it was mentioned on your website. I have no one to call for transportation. I was offered a ride to get some lunch but I declined. Everyone was courteous. I enjoyed chatting with your customers as they came and went and came and went. Waiting area and restroom were clean. Chairs were not designed to be sat on for 6 hours. Only vending machines were candy and gum. Coffee was free. I recommend Walt's but with a caution about the wait time.

Immediate service to find a nail in a flat
Glad to deal with Walt's. And this was under warranty, as was the previous visit with my Cadillac. Walt's treats people well!

Jeffery said everything seems to be fine except for the wait time. He was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours but it took 5 hours. The work was more involved than they thought but overall everything was fine.

Always takes good care of my classic Caddy.
Two major repairs this time. Valve gasket cover replaced, and something to do with the coolant system. Glad to get an OBL discount. (Ocala Business Leaders) Walt's Brake is to give me a part number on an obsolete part for a break light, so I can run down a solution. I could not keep my classic Caddy except I have mechanics I can trust.

Vehicle Repair
Friendly family business, with a emphasis on quality work done right the first time.
Problem diagnosed, call was received when job was completed. Ride was offered if needed.
About the only thing that want was a lunch while waiting for my ride. Thanks too all involved for your pleasant demeanor, efficient work to repair and have ready in less thanthan 24 hours.

Always takes good care of my classic Caddy.
It is a challenge to keep a 32 year old vehicle on the road. Walt's does everything possible to get reliable parts from suppliers. I enjoy my classic car, a joy that is only possible with Walt's brakes.

I have a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder and usually take it to a Nissan dealership here in Ocala. After learning and hearing about Walt's Brake and the outstanding work they provided, I will always be a loyal Walt's customer. After receiving a "high ball" price from Nissan, I took it to Walt's who beat the price, $400.00 less, and Walt's did more extensive work after a complete diagnosis. Walt's customer service was beyond compare, honest and friendly employees, work was done in a timely manner, no surprises, quotes provided before work begins.
Thank you Eric, an experienced and professional mechanic and thank you Walt Sr. for starting a business with high core values. Thank you Walt Jr. for keeping the business running like a true American business should be operating.

I alwyas appreciate the thorough work.
Something I thought I needed....I did not need! I could not open my hood...I was pulling on the wrong lever. But, I did have a light burned out; and Walt took care of windshield wipers for me. The vehicle is 11 years old...everyone needs a truck when they live in the country. The vehicle is my farm work hourse. I also bring in my 2016 Buick LaCrosse and my 1986 Cadillace Fleetwood Brougham d'Eleagance!
