Ms Coleman had a leaking oil pan gasket. When we do an oil change which is one of the services that she got we notice that oil was leaking from her oil pan and we let her know that it was leaking and told her the price to repair the problem. We apoligize for the misunderstanding and hope that we can earn her business again.
Car is still has not been repaired, and customer still brings us his cars.
