"Not too happy"
The lugs on my front tires were loose resulting in four of them on my left front tire to come out while driving to greensburg. Dont know what to say about that..

Spoke with Frank that evening. We scheduled a time for us to look over the vehicle at his convenience. We found that the back of the wheel hub surface had some pretty significant corrosion build up that at first glance didn't appear that bad.Once we started removing it we found that the corrosion build up had just been compressed flat over time.We removed and inspected all components for damage. cleaned the wheel and brake hub surfaces and torqued wheel bolts to specs. Having the customer come back in 50 miles for us to recheck bolt torque just to make sure it is right.
We were able to show Frank during the process what we found and what caused the problem and what we were doing to correct it.

This vehicle had sat for several years prior to the customer purchasing it and was in pretty rough shape. A prior repair shop installed a used computer that was not correct for vehicle and had multiple other issues. We charged for our diagnostic time and for repairs that he had approved,but he did not want to go any further to correct the several other problems the vehicle had.
The vehicle was barely driveable before.
He is correct the vehicle shut off and would not restart when he left. I told him that we would look at it,but if it was not related to the repairs we had performed that we would have to charge him,but would call him first.
We found that it had a corroded wire in the harnes for the ignition coil. This was not related to the repairs we had performed.
We repaired the wiring and the vehicle started. We did that at no charge.
I can understand his frustration,but we could only do so much with what the vehicle needed and what the customer was willing to have corrected.

Spoke with Jonathan. He said he brought his uncle's vehicle to the business. They were suppose to work on fixing a water leak and the hood latch. They charged him $800 and only fixed the hood latch, but the water leak was still leaking water.

Spoke with Mark and we had him come in to investigate his complaint. His complaint was that all the lights are working except for the two inner headlights. This vehicle is designed to only light those bulbs during flash to pass.Verified they were working as designed and explained to customer. Everyone happy now.

Spoke with Mark. He said this business was very overpriced. He would not recommend them to others because they are overpriced. They really need to think about the way they do business with their customers. They charged him $109 to diagnose his vehicle and gave him an estimate of over $300 to change the transmission fluid and do other unspecified work. He has spoken with three or four other comparable business' where he was told it was ridiculous to charge that much for a diagnostic. They also told him that if he had them do the work after the diagnostic, they would wave the diagnostic fee or discount it. He will never return to this business and will tell anyone who asks him how much they overcharged him.

"Great, honest service"
It means a lot to me to have honest vehicle service people, which is exactly how Dave and his crew are to everyone. Dave has worked on our foreign vehicles and domestic vehicles over the years and we are very pleased. There have been numerous times that we could have been told by Dave that we needed repairs that were far more severe than we actually needed, and we never would have known the difference. However, Dave has consistently told us what NEEDS to be done and what can wait and lets us decide what we would like to do, regardless of his financial benefit. We are thankful to have a long-term, trusting relationship with someone who wants to keep us safe in our cars and who is honest.

"Honest reliable service"
Always friendly and very honest in what is wrong with my vehicle and how much it will cost to repair. Was able to get my car in sooner even though they were fully booked for the day.
