Tom said he would not recommend this business and he will never go back. He wants his money back and will take them to court if he doesn't get it. They charged him nearly $7,000 but his motor cylinder is badly damaged because they didn't do the job right the first time. This business and the dealership were telling him different things. Every time he brought it back, they made things worse and his vehicle has not ran the same since.

I Do Not Recommend This Place
A co worker recommended this place as my mechanic of 7 years has accepted a long term assignment outside of his shop and is now on a part time status. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they supposedly give you a free 40 point inspection with AAA. Well, it really isn't free cause they charged me $39.40 for a tire rotation. I've never paid such a ridiculous amount for a tire rotation in my life! Also, the general manager or whatever his title was, Eddie, was nice at first but once I did not want them to perform the recommended repairs after the inspection he seemed to be irritated with me. I really didn't get a good vibe from him and after reading some reviews on another site upon googling, others have complained as well. The owner Buddy was nice and I felt reassured upon entering his establishment due to all of his certificates on the wall and being AAA certified/recommended or whatever, but after the inflated price of the tire rotation, the weird gut feeling I got with Eddie, + my relative who also took his car there for service who felt the same as I did, I definitely will not be back there.

Beware $98.50 diagnostic fee!
Have used often in years past. It seems that in recent times, since most recent move, prices have gone up. Took in twice recently and got no work done, but paid $98.50 diagnostic fee both times. This did not count towards any future work! Not happy having to pay this just to tell me what's wrong.

UNTILL 10 MONTHS AGO, I HAVE NOT SEEN YOU FOR OVER 5 YEARS. WHY WOULD YOU EXPECT ME DO YOU FAVORS WHEN YOU HAVE NO LOYALITY. EXCLUDING THE 15K HOIST YOU WERE ON, I USED 3K WORTH OF SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT TO ISOLATE YOUR ISSUE/ISSUES, HIGH TECH NOISE AMPS, WHICH I`M SURE THE SHOP YOU`VE TOLD ME YOU`VE BEEN GOING TO DOES NOT HAVE. LET`S INCLUDE THE HOIST FIGURE. THE HOIST YOU WERE ON COST 15K!! I PERSONALLY SPENT 3 HOURS ON YOUR VEHICLE DIAGNOSING 3 ISSUES. MOST THE TIME THEY ARE INDEPENDENT FEES OF 98.50 EACH. THIS IS HOW I STAY IN BUSINESS PAYING LIABILITY INS., WORKERS COMP,ETC. AND HAVING STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT, I`VE MADE THAT INVESTMENT AND AM LICENSED IN ALL 10 AREAS OF MY INDUSTRY BECAUSE I AM AN EXPERT. MAYBE IF YOU HAD ME REPAIR YOUR PROBLEMS OR MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLES, YOU WANT NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES. MY CUSTOMER BASE EXCEED 3K FOR A REASON. DEALERSHIPS, WHO CHARGE 150PER HOUR CONTRACT ME TO FIND THRE PROBLEMS. IF I WERE AN ATTORNEY, WELL I`M SURE YOUR AWARE OF BILLABLE HOURS! I OFFER SENIOR DISCOUNTS, AAA DISCOUNTS AND MUCH MORE ON REPAIRS. I DO MY PART TO HELP PEOPLE, LIKE I`VE TRIED TO HELP YOU. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS, YOU WANTED ME TO INSTALL YOUR USED PARTS!! I`M NOT A SWAP MEET OR WORK LIKE THE OTHER SHOPS YOU`VE BEEN LOYAL TOO. YOU`VE HAD BE DIAGNOSE AND THEN WENT TO OTHER SHOPS FOR REPAIRS. I HOPE YOU GET YOUR BRAKES FIXED AND HAVE THEM INSPECT EVERY OIL CHANGE LIKE YOU SHOULD, I HOPE YOU GET YOUR TRANSMISSION REBUILT AND HAVE IT FLUSHED EVERY 30K LIKE YOU SHOULD AND I HOPE YOU GET YOU DIFFERENTIAL REPAIRED, AGAIN, BY THE SAME FACILITY THAT HAS INSTALLED USED PARTS. I FEEL YOU DESERVE EACH OTHER. I THINK IT`S SAFE TO ASSUME, THAT I WON`T BE SEEING YOU IN ANOTHER FIVE YEARS EXPECTING MY EXPERTISE FOR FREE. Todd said he had a bad experience with this business. He was overcharged and they did not do what he wanted done. Every time he chooses them, they always bump his price up due to other issues they have found. He was quoted $300 for a part for the master sensor, but it did not show up in the final estimate and it was a major part needed for his repair. Another windshield wiper was installed on the back window and he does not know why. Buddy left his check on the counter where someone else could pick it up, so he stuck it in the drawer himself. Another dealership ended up getting his vehicle up to par for him. It is for these reasons he would not recommend them for service.

ONCE WE CHANGED THE OIL ALL DATING BACK TO 2012. I SEE NOTHING FOUNDED IN FACT IN REFERENCE TO UP SELLING YOU BUT ONLY DOING AS YOU ASKED AND AUTHIRIZED. I APPRECIATE THE FRUSTRATION WHEN YOUR AGING CAR REQUIRES SOME T.L.C. THIS LAST REPAIR WAS ALL REQUESTED BY YOU, WE DIAGNOSED PER YOUR REQUEST, ESTIMATED AND YOU APPROVED ALL REPAIRS! I`M CONFUSED, YOU ASK ME TO REPLACE YOUR REAR WIPER AND I DID SO? THE ONLY THING YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE WAS THE REPLACEMENT OF YOUR BROKEN DRIVERS SEAT TRACK, SORRY!! Won't go back
Buddy told me my A/C repair estimate was $450. I brought my car in next day and Eddie told me it would be about $1300. He said to call back by noon if I wanted it done. I called about noon and said go ahead. About an hr and 1/2 later I said I had changed my mind. He would not give me Buddy's ph# and said since he had already ordered the parts and did the labor that I would have to pay him $400 to get my car back. I offered to pay $200 to cover part of the labor and the diagnostic ($100 charge for that). He ended up giving me a discount ($1084) to replace motor, mode door, blower motor assembly, resistor, air temp. actuator and cabin air filter. He told me the whole system had gone bad because the cabin filter was never replaced (i replaced it about 8 months before). I just think it was unnecessary to replace all these items with totally new items and that he just wanted to take advantage of a person that wasn't very knowledgeable. The fact that Eddie would not compromise and let me have my car back when I changed my mind without me paying $400 1st is the main reason I won't return.

Buddy told me it would b up to $450 to repair A/C. I brought my car in the next day and had Eddie do the diagnosis. He told me it was going to be about $1300 to fix! He told me to call back by noon to give go ahead. I called back and told him to go ahead. About 1 1/2 hr. later i told him I had changed my mind. I offered to pay the $100 for the diagnosis plus $100 for the labor already done (taking the parts out and ordering new parts). He would only take $400 and was going to hold my car hostage so I paid him $1084 -a bit of a discount for all new equipment that I didn't really need) He would not let me contact Buddy. I had a mechanic look over the parts and I really only needed the blend door replaced and a gear in the motor. I won't ever go back

ALL THIS TIME YOUR VEHICLE IS ON THE LIFT AND I`M UNABLE TO SERVICE OTHERS WHILE WAITING FOR YOU. YOU THEN AUTHORIZED REPAIRS THAT WE PERFORMED. I`M SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY IN YOUR HVAC SYSTEM. WE ARE THE BEST AT WHAT WE DO AND VERY HIGH IN INTGERITY, I WELCOME ANYONE TO BRING ME YOUR OLD PARTS AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE NOT BAD. WE TRIED TO CONTACT GAIL TO DISCUSS HER CONCERNS BUT, SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION WAS REPAIRED EFFICIENTLY AND CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. SO I`M CONFUSED ON MY RATING? VEHICLE HAD ADDITIONAL ISSUES, THAT GAIL COULD NOT AFFORD TO FIX, THAT WERE POINTED OUT AT NO CHARGE. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE CAN NOT BE SATISFIED AND LACK APPRECIATION FOR OUR INTEGRITY AND EFFORT!!

Matthew said he needed the fuel tank clean. The business wanted $700.00 to do it. He was charged $180.00 for the vehicle sitting on the lot. The business suggested other services based on their diagnostic test. When asked about the suggestions they threatened to charge an additional 4 days of storage fees. Matthew would not recommend the business based on this experience.

SORRY MATTHEW, IT`S HARD FOR EVERYONE. I DID NOT CREATE THE PROBLEM. YOUR FRIEND WHO PUT THE WRONG FUEL IN YOUR DIESEL NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE NOT ME. I DID WHAT I CAN TO HELP!! Kay said she brought her vehicle in because they were going to rebuild her engine. When she was given her vehicle back, her vehicle was noisier than ever. She called Toyota and they told her that the engines are not supposed to be that loud. She is going to check the serial number and find out if it's even her engine. With the last repair place she went to, she did business with them for 50 years. She noted she doesn't think she'll be back in or if she will recommend this place of business.
