Lee said the front desk was very unfriendly and blunt. Their attitude about his business reflected that they could take it or leave it. He was quoted a price of $60 which came out to be $100 for the same repairs needed on the vehicle. He chose not to use them.

Lee said he was told by the front desk staff he would be charged $68 out of the door, but it ended up being almost $100. Lee said he was told he would be charged $68 out the door by the front desk staff who was unfriendly. He ended up being charged almost $100 for a new fuel filter instead of the $68.

In regards to your comment on the cost of installing your customer supplied fuel filter.  We quoted you 81.74 to install it.  The additional charges were state fees and taxes.  I very sorry you feel that we treat you unfairly.

Cyndi said she has spoken to Jim, at this business, about her experience but nothing has been done. She will not know until she has to return to them in the future. She explained to them that it would be faster for them to send someone to get the parts. She likes everyone there because they are very conscientious but there was no excuse for her to have to sit for 3 hours waiting for a part to be delivered.

We're very sorry that your recent visit was anything less then perfect. We strive to give the best service possible on every vehicle every time. As mentioned to you during your last visit we would welcome the opportunity to take you out to your vehicle while it is in the service bay to show and discuss all of the vehicle recommendations that we have made. We never want a customer to leave not understanding what is going on with their vehicle. When it comes to parts pricing we understand that customers can shop on their own for parts and some even purchase their own parts for us to install. With the age of the internet a cheaper price can almost always be found somewhere but we do our very best to provide a top quality part at a fair price that we can place a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty on. Thats something the cheaper internet or whole sale parts don't measure up to. Again we're very sorry you are unhappy with your recent visit and we would love the chance to go over everything in detail and once again earn your business.

Brake Light Problem
What started out as a constant dash brake problem light was quickly determined to be a failed right front ABS caliper problem that was still under warranty from a previous maintenance problem. NO COST REPAIR.

While there, a full safety review of vehicle determined that my valve covers were finally leaking oil. This is the first maintenance opening of the engine in the entire 17-year life of vehicle. quick work and out the door the same day of all work. Cost was reasonable for the amount of work.

Reliable Service on a Consistent Basis
I have used Best Choice for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed or unhappy with either their response to my questions or the service provided. I mostly consult with Tom, the Service Manager, and have never had qualms over his handling of my concerns. In today's climate of scams galore, it is a distinct pleasure and relief to be their customer.
