Spectacular Service
With a car full of groceries on a hot day, I turned the ignition key...nothing. Repeat. Repeat. Finally it started. I called Frank at TNA and he said my starter motor was probably going and that I shouldn't take it deep in the woods as planned. I have limited financial resources, but I know money at TNA is well spent. Still,I was not looking forward to the bill.

On my arrival Frank said he would test the starter. In short order, Frank told me that I needed a new starter and said he was so sorry, but that in his experience, starter motor quality is declining. (OK.) He told me my starter motor was under warranty and that there would be no charge. Within 30 minutes of its delivery to TNA, their mechanics had installed it. Frank handed me my ignition key. Can I pay you for your labor at least? Nope. Elapsed time 4 hours. Can you beat that? Did you notice my odometer reads over 417,000 miles? I attribute TNA to getting the best out of Subaru engineering and keeping this wonderful car going.

I was really happy and even shocked. I got in the car and noted they had washed and vacuumed the interior. Customer first!!!! WOW!

Kelly said the business is punctual. He brought his vehicle in for a check engine light and the business changed the alternator. The day after he picked up his vehicle, the check engine light came back on as well as the VTM4 light. He will contact the business soon in regards to the check engine light.

Always great service.
This has been my auto shop for past 5 years. Always do a great job. Never feel like i'm being pressured into unnecessary services. Just fixed up my rear pinion joints. Runs quiet as a mouse now. They even cleaned my car and not just a superficial once over. The interior is now spotless.

Not as great as before
This place is still okay but it's slipped a lot in the last few years. For example, they recently did a repair and used an old part that ended up not working right. When I called and left a message about it, they never called me back, so I called again and talked to the guy in person who said he'd order me a new part and call me back. He never did so I called back again in a couple weeks. Same conversation, same outcome. Repeated this at least one more time. I'm thinking they're too busy or something, so I'm going to find another mechanic. Hope you have better luck than I did.

Sasha said there was some miscommunication regarding parts and when her vehicle would be ready. Her dad's friend offered to get the part for her but when she called the business, she was told they had the part already. She was told her vehicle would be done soon but when she went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. She ended up waiting an additional 3 or 4 hours for her vehicle which was unexpected. They had the part so she wasn't sure what caused the delay.

Van repairs
I thought they did good work, but not the greatest communicators. Had some issues that I really wanted to get sorted out with my van, and they seemed to have forgotten to check them out whenever I asked about them. Never did get them to look at a couple things. Overall though, good work.

Disorganized and Disconnected from Customers!
This was really a terrible experience I have to say. I have terrific mechanics we use for our other two cars and thought we would try these guys for a vintage Toyota van we bought. I asked them to diagnose a steering problem, which they did. I also had them do a safety inspection, which they did, but they did not communicate any of their findings, but rather listed the issues on a sheet they slipped in with my bill for the steering repair. Several things on the list were critical and they clearly didn't give a crap about making sure I was aware. Not only is that bad business - I would have had them fix a bunch of the stuff they found - but it also go against why you do a frickin safety inspection in the first place. NEVER AGAIN

business name misleading but still great
i was pretty drunk and stumbled in around noon for a gentlemens club experience. i was initially disappointed but they repaired my cars starter with gusto and professionalism. DO NOT TIP with singles in the g string. also they do not take checks.
