We are certainly sorry to hear you feel this way, however it feels unfair to rate us in this way. $68 for a flat would be excessive, but you asked us to install your own tire pressure monitor which requires a reprogram. These charges were made clear before we did the service you requested. We repaired your tire, installed your TPMS, balanced it, and reprogrammed it.
Please call and schedule a time to bring the vehicle back in so we can show you what we saw with the bearing. We do not recommend unnecessary repairs and would be happy to show you the problem.

I am sorry your tire is not holding air; we should have verified the solution before you left. Dan from the store tried to reach out to you regarding determining the issue and getting it corrected ASAP for you; please call back as soon as possible. It appears that the TPMS valve was replaced back in January- please let us know if this has been a continual leak since then, or if it just started.
