Terrible experience
Worse service I have EVER had had in my life. Sat in the waiting area for three hours to have two tires changed out. Not even an apology for the time it took. Worse yet my wife was stranded on the side of the Chaska highway with a “flat” tire eight hours later. NEVER coming back to this shop EVER again!!!!!!

Unreliable work
Took my boat trailer in to have bearings replaced. Less than 500 miles in the bearings are loud and failing. Store did nothing to review work. Took cap off and claimed I had water inside. Told me I should be adding grease to the bearings which I do.
Their recommendation was to add a bearing buddy. Bearing buddies don't work on sure lube systems. My recommendation is you find a different store.

Long wait time, below average service, poor worksmanship
Waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours for a tire change. The old weights on the rims to balance the old tires were roughly scraped off leaving unsightly glue/residue. Had to ask for a discount for such a long wait time.

The main issue I have had serviced is still not fixed after three attempts. Brakes. Need to talk to manager.

$300 for a front end alinement!!!!!!
This was obviously you guys just trying to charge me for items I didn't need. Went to another shop and got front end alinement done for $50 dollars. I'm very disappointed by this being a long time customer.

Scott,
I apologize for us not properly explaining the reason we asked for the additional dollars to align your minivan.   There are three angles to a normal alignment, camber, caster, and toe.   Your caster was good, your toe was only slightly off, and your camber was out.   The tire wear angles consist of camber and toe, however the camber cannot be corrected without replacing the camber bolts.   These leaves only adjusting the toe setting and as stated your toe was only slightly out of adjustment.   The total toe was actually in specs, but the steering wheel was slightly off center.   This all leads the you only doing true alignment by actually replacing the camber bolts.  If we had properly explained this you had the choice of doing a proper alignment as described, simply setting the toe to straighten your steering wheel, or nothing at all since setting the toe was not going to change any tire wear issues.   Again, we apologize for not properly explaining this.

They lied about repairs
I was told my car needed a knock sensor. after my oil was changed it ran beautifully. The engine light never came on. What crooks.

I do appreciate your feedback in regards to your service on the 6th of February. To make sure you know we only ran the check engine codes at no charge to see what the computer in your vehicle was suggesting to be done. After this we cleared the code for you. This does not mean that the problem is fixed. Eventually the light may come back on causing the vehicle to have the same symptoms yet again. We only suggested to you what the computer in your vehicle suggested to be done. Our goal is to never suggest parts that are not needed. If you have any questions feel free to contact the store. Terrible appointment scheduling and bad attitude from CSR named Scott. Write up was done by Steve, who was nice and professional, then he left for the day and CSR Scott, who took over the duties, was very abrupt, disrespectful and dishonest, has no people skill, wrong person for the job.

Over committed; left messy
Was in for oil change and alignment. Dropped truck within 15 minutes of open, and left truck for the day. Wasn't done by closing time. Never got a call with an update. Never checked or performed an alignment. Didn't clean up oil from where it pooled on skid plate, so it puddled on my garage floor. Would normally recommend this shop, but not this time.

Good work but too expensive!
I am in sales and I sleep well at night because I am always looking to get my clients the best rate that they qualify for the first time with no games. It rubs me the wrong way when I got a quote for repairs at Tires Plus for almost $1,000...then I asked if that was the best rate they can offer...then the response from the customer service rep was that they can take $100 off if I get the work done right away. Not knowing very much about cars and feeling a little pressure about getting the work done, I agreed. I have shown the receipt consisting of parts and labor to other mechanics who said say I still over paid.
I am giving three stars because I am generally satisfied with the work that was done but unsatisfied with the way they conduct their business.

always trying to upsell
I do think the work they do is good, but my husband always asks me to NOT go to this particular Tires Plus because of the "add-ons". They always try to upsell me on something, and this last visit was no different. Luckily he was with me and fielded the call, but after experiencing a more generous experience with another Tires Plus, we will be taking our business there.

Didn't fix the problem after 4 visits!
I went there 4 times for a leak in my tire, and each time they told me a different story. The third time they told me i needed a new rim, and i got one and my tire was flat the next day. They told me there was no leak and they just resealed it. It was flat the next day, so i took it to another tires plus who said the tire was cracked and had bulges and warrantied it out for a new tire for free. The white bear lake one just didn't want to give me a new tire. Don't go here!

Only reason i go there is bc i can walk back to aparments
I got an oil change and asked if they could check the front and rear diff. oil and the trans. oil levels. After they were done changing oil they called and mentioned that i should change out all the oils that i asked them to check and it would cost $340. I said no (bc i was going to parents house the next week where i can change it myself) but when i went to pick it up car the said the levels where low and never made any attempt to top them off?? also i asked if they went in greased and zirks while changing oil and they said that they did... nope they didn't when i changed my trans. and diff. oil the next week all zirks were still covered in a thick layer dirt and other build up. Lastly and thankfully when i went to remove trans. oil pan to change gasket, the oil filter was leaking?! luckily when i checked the dip stick for engine oil level, looks like they over filled it anyway bc it was still over the max level point.

service was great but there was oil everywhere
The oil change was great but I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning out the inside of my car when I left. Whoever drove my car got oil on the inside of my car door, on the door handle, steering wheel and all over the shift knob.

Lack of communication and experience
I came in for a cooling change for my car that has a Toyota engine and told them the new bottles of coolant are in the back of my car. When I picked up the car and opened the radiator it was full of clear water. If i left for the night my engine would have been ruined in zero degrees. Recently came in to have a front bearing replaced. Mechanic broke the bearing twice and finally the master mechanic put in the third one correctly.

poor sales
I purchased a set of four tires on Monday March 2, 2015. I asked the rep if he had any specials on tires, he just checked out my vehicle and gave me prices, and I swallowed. He didn't tell me about the large leader board outside saying $40 off a set of four tires. I didn't notice the leader sign until later, but was told by neighbor that it was there.

Time???
Why does it take an hour and a half just to change a tire? The tire in question was one I had previously bought from Tires Plus three months ago.It had a big bulge in it. They gave me a $20 discount on a new tire. Why can't they just have a person to do oil changes and tires.It was a two hour wait the time before. I was told discount tires have better service. I will go there next time.

Misbillied
planned to have rear left lamp replaced. Too cold, couldn't get it off without breaking it. Understand that part, but billed for installation of the rear lamp and you did not do replace it. Need to resolve before I would give positive recommendation.

I am sorry that the labor charge was not removed from your bill when we were not able to remove the lens assembly because of the cold.  Steve from the store has left you a message; please call him back when you have some time so we can get you a refund or schedule a time to get the car dropped off.  Steve said that if we could let the car warm up in the shop for a few hours, or overnight, we should be able to safely remove the bulb without damaging the lens.  We really appreciate your business!  Please let us know what works for you.

Bad time frame for oil change
I have been bringing my car there for some time but was not happy with this last visit. I dropped car off around 8:45 and mentioned I would be back between 11:30 and 12:00pm to pick car. I didn't get there until after 12:30 and noticed car was just going into stall and when went in side a young gentleman informed me that there has been a two hour to three hour wait all day and asked me if I had a appointment but I said that didn't matter due to the car had been there already past three hours. I did end up getting a free oil change but didn't get to take advantage of the free items with my coupon. I may be looking else were next time my car is due for a oil change.

very cold & slow
Made to wait when no cars being worked on.
Almost an hour for oil change, because that is their "standard" wait time.
