AI continues to provide consistent and reliable service for maintenance as well as any additional repairs required for both of my vehicles. Very trustworthy as they are honest about what service is required and do not try to find additional items which would inflate the charges incurred. When additional service may be required outside of the normal maintenance items the explanation is clear and emphasizes potential safety concerns which need to be addressed. The level of competence in completing all of the work required is consistently at the highest standard.

For about the last 6+ months, they have been monitoring a potential $500 repair, and they keep telling me, it’s fine, we’ll check on it next time you come in, unlike dealerships who say “it can go out anytime”. When ever I go to Automotive Instincts I am sure that my car will receive a thorough check-up. If there is any item that needs service I am told when I need to replace/repair the part. Sometimes they watch an item and let me know when the time has arrived to repair. They have been my mechanics for 25 years.

My daughters front brakes went into full grind mode the morning of Christmas Eve. I called Automotive Instincts around 8:30 a.m. on the off chance they'd be open. To my surprise, my call was answered. I asked how long they were open. Till Noon. I was like, ugh. He asked what was wrong, I explained the brakes. And they said to bring it in. Arrived around 9:00 am, dropped the car off, and took an Uber home. Not only did a I get a call 30 minutes later, confirming what I had expected, front rotors and brakes shot. They said they may be able to finish it before they close. Not only did they finish it at about 11:45, they waited till about 12:10 for me to arrive and pick it up. in a roughly 3 hour time span with no brakes to driving home with brakes was a little Christmas Miracle. At least for my daughter :) Beyond pleased.

AI did a 30k service on my Lexus ES350. Lexus said $700-900. AI did it for $180. Edwin said Lexus stuffs their service with useless add ons. AI does only what is necessary and needed. I also had a faulty low tire light sensor that Lexus said would cost $600 to replace all the tire sensors since they couldn’t identify which one was bad. AI filled the tires and reset the light fixing the problem. No charge! Do not go to the dealer!

Automotive Instincts provides excellent service. At least 30% less than what the dealer charges and the turn around time is much quicker. Also, they never try to upsell you. They are very honest and will help you prioritize and time repairs so as to ease the expense of owning a vehicle.
