overcharge
Would not recommend as they are very expensive. charged me $100 to inform me they would charge me $750 for my front light of my Acura. Not good business!!!!

They are overcharging
I generally get good service and believe they are honest about what needs to be repaired, however, this time I got a quote of "$1083.32" for replacing my front struts. I checked the RepairPal website and the Fair Price Estimate was $553 to $718. I did not order the work done and mentioned this to them when I picked up the car. I also emailed a copy of the estimate and asked them to explain why their's is hundreds of dollars more but have not received an answer. This shop participates in the RepairPal website and agrees to abide by their estimates. I had the work done at another shop for around $700. I am very disappointed at their attempt to overcharge me and will not be returning.

Did what I asked, but....
The service recommendations seemed to be designed more to generate business for the service department, than what the car really needs at present. They're OK, but this is the reason I checked "no" below.

It's so hard on cars that are more than 15 years old with air conditioning problems. We quote high so that we hopefully will come out a lot less but quoting a low price to start knowing it will cost more is not how we do business!

Kevin said he has had his vehicle fixed by them before and they have done great work. He dropped off his vehicle in the morning and his dad said he would pay for the parts to fix the vehicle. They called him to let him know the results on the diagnostics and his dad chose not to have the work done. The guy that was helping him when he dropped off his vehicle laughed at him when his dad decided not to do the service. He stated that he felt humiliated and insulted with the remarks that his parents chose not to have the services done on his vehicle. The diagnostic on what was wrong was good but his personal satisfaction with their customer service was not. He will go back for service.

Honest value auto service
Work performed in a timely manner. One of the services was tire rotation. There is a shimmy vibration at 65 mph and higher.
