THESE REVIEWS ARE MADE BEFORE SERVICE IS COMPLETED
I live in Honeoye, less than 2 miles from Todd Curits Auto and Detailing and let us just say not many locals go here. To many instances where Todd would quote one price and charge additional hundreds of dollars or more for fixing "phantom issues".

If we, locals, do not go here....what does that tell you?

Nice people, Not a great experience
I scheduled my car to be detailed and dropped it off (9am). At 1:15pm, I received a text stating the detailer was out sick - I had to reschedule. I made special arrangements to leave my car there...nothing was done for 4 hours...no one contacted me...I chose not to reschedule. I am really disappointed. Overall, they were highly recommended and the people were very nice, but they didn’t handle this correctly.

Bad all around
I bought a car there and had to bring it back 4 times in 2 months to get problems taken care of. Never done on time always next day. Louner car leaks oil and smokes. Said they did one thing but didn't. Never go their again.

What a surprise
I don’t like raised voices telling me he won’t cover rust maybe you should not have put defective breaks and such on in Nov causing me to come back in April or maybe you never changed them in Nov but said you did? Then being accused of not driving or driving my car wrong which is causing the brakes to have to be replaced soo soon then after all this attitude I am given I then am told being all done no charge and then going to get car and being charged over 200 dollars.. I have been with Curtis auto for awhile but not anymore you don’t need my business obviously and I don’t need your wonderful customer service. I will not be going back for sure.

Daniel said there were some problems with their communication. He asked them to repair something but there are still issues. He had an idea what it was and they tried to tell him it was something else. There were some issues with the computer system and the vehicle started stuttering again. He may possibly go back but they are expensive. They are nice people but is hesitant to recommend them.

Kim said she had this business detail the interior and exterior of her vehicle but some parts of the vehicle were not clean. In the back, under the hatch, she could tell it was not vacuumed because there is still salt debris. On the center column there are paw prints and dog hairs in the cup holder. It was not done properly and she is not happy. She will not use them again.

Todd is always very accommodating with getting my car in for service, even if last minute, and always completes work in a timely fashion, if not sooner than promised.
