Lost trust
They generally do a good job and had been honest, but they seem to be having a new staff member on board who knows how to drum up business at a long-time customers' expense. This last time was disappointing so I will not be going back there.

Ken was very forthcoming about what the problem was.

I didn’t have my license and he had no problem about me taking car to get credit card.

Lisa said her vehicle runs well, and the staff was very good at explaining why the parts were needed. She appreciated that they showed her the parts. She also appreciated the pricing, but wished that she had received a call from the mechanic to tell her that the vehicle would not be ready same day when she had expected to pick it up the same day she dropped it off.
