Management and sales unresponsive to the needs of the customer
Promises made during the financing were not kept as initially stated. Traded in a 2013 with low mileage for a 2016. The trade in had equity. was initially informed that we would have a check in four days. Then told that they would have to wait for the title to be released. Then informed that they had to wait for funding. In short, it was almost 2 weeks before we went into the dealership and "everything has been funded" and received the check. Not a very honest management.

Excellent employees and Owner
I have never had a more pleasant experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I was treated like a king. Everyone was so nice and helpful during this purchase. What a great team this dealership has working for them. The Manager (Ferdie Ang) went out of his way to make this process a great one. He introduced each member of the sales and service team to us for follow-up service. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who would be in the market for a new car.

Windshield Replacement
My new car had an imperfection in the glass. Since they weren't able to successfully buff it out, South Coast Acura ordered me a new windshield. It took quite a while to get in after it was ordered, but eventually it did get replaced. The only negative comment I have is that the windshield was very dirty when the car was delivered to me, and it was difficult to tell if the glass was in good shape. I would have hoped that it was spotless since that was the sole reason for my service visit.

not great this time
Disappointed for my service I took my car in at 9am and the service say it will done by 11 and say he'll come and get me at the waiting area otherwise I'll call you and let you know. We'll i didn't get my car until 1pm! He never came and get me and didn't call either. So I have to rate way below my expectation.
