Extremely Competent Car Maintenance Staff
I am always treated professionally and courteously when I take my car in for maintenance. If there is a mechanical issue (rarely) the problem is quickly diagnosed and repaired.

Good customer service. Warm welcome.
I liked the complimentary loaner car. Every time I take my car there, makes my pocket bleeds a little (or a lot depending on the services). Needs to have more discount and/or service packages so customers can save more.
Please make sure to lock the customers' scars at all time when the cars are not in service. Lost some item last time I dropped off my car there for a service.

Excellent service!
I brought my car in because there were warning lights on for the ABS and there was a noise that did not shut off even after the car was turned off. The part was ordered and came in in a timely manner. I brought the car back to have the repair done the next day. I was given a loaner car so I could go to work. I went back the same day and the car is running great.

Good Service But....
Went in for the airbag recall repair. It took seven weeks to get the parts. The driver's side was installed very quickly but for some reason they forgot to install the passenger's side. I had to bring it back the following week. They did do a vehicle inspection and did not notice any other issues.
