Recall Repair - Airbag 2002 TL
South Coast Acura service was very simple and quick. No games or tricks, made appt for recall repair and got the repair done, no other speech about added services. Great work, keep it up!

Very accommodating despite some issues with the part
The Handsfreelink part that was installed in my vehicle didn't work immediately after it was put in, but the staff (notably Raymond) has been very helpful in getting the matter fixed.

Great diagnosis and recomendations

Good Service and a bike ride.
Things don't always go perfect but it's how you deal with issues that makes good service. I brought my Acura in on a Saturday Am for a quick oil change and was told that there was 2 hour backlog. I mentioned " I should have brought my bicycle, gone for a ride. The dealership owns the Subaru dealership next door,I was told they have loner bikes! So I checked one out and did a ride to Newport beach for breakfast. Got back 2 hrs later and was told that due to some miss-communication work on my car had not been started, but they would get in in and i'd be ready in 20min. So I chilled out in the waiting room and my car was done and the service rep told me my service was on the house - no charge. So, i'm good with that! Thank you South Coast Acura! I'll be back again!

Good Car Service, Not Great Customer Service
The service on my car was basic. The service was completed in a timely manner. The only negative thing was waiting to speak with someone in the service center when I dropped off my car, and when I picked it up. One of the service members was helping another customer for at least 5 minutes while I stood there with no acknowledgement when I brought my car in at my scheduled appointment time. Upon picking my car up, it was also a few minutes before I was acknowledged.

We have taken our clients wait time concerns very seriously and have added a third service advisor to help speed things up. He actually started on the first of this month. I believe this will help with getting our clients processed much quicker.

Friendly, Courteous, Honest, Efficient
I've been taking my Acura here for many years. Paul and his team take the time you would expect to get my car serviced right the 1st time. They also take time, which is unexpected, to get to know me. They know my name when I arrive, they greet me with a smile and seem to genuinely want to help. I feel like a member of the family when I arrive at the service dept.

Quick service on a Saturday
I had to have a tire replaced so went to southcoast acura with no appointment and was fix in reasonable time. The service person help speed things along as my repair was minor issue.

2014 MDX B-1 Service
John Wong was great. However, even though I had an appointment, what was supposed to be max 2 hour wait was 3+ hours.

And the car still had debris on the carpet and bugs on the outside area.

I think they're honest
I usually have not taken my car's back to the dealers I bought them from. I don't know why but my TL I have been taking to them and have been happy. They seem honest and fair. They are very accommodating when I need to wait for the car opposed to just dropping it off and coming back to pick it up
