Good service visit. In addition to the routine service I requested, they reminded me that my vehicle was subject to a recall. They said they would order the parts and notify me when to come back. The service work I requested was done very well.

Service adviser Raymond was awesome
Vehicle was delivered a bit dirty on the inside from the technicians but Raymond stepped in right away and handled it professionally. Loaner car program is a big deal.

David Leese was exceptional -- he worked with me on the price and terms until we had an excellent deal. No pressure and straight-forward... Great Service
This was my second time at this site for scheduled maintenance. On this visit it was my B1 service and when I made the appointment I was told it would take about 1.5 hrs. Check in was a breeze, and my service rep checked in with me while I was waiting for the car. The service was complete, including car wash, in less time than I was originally told. I felt I was treated well and appreciated that they weren't trying to "upsell" me on services/products I didn't need.

Great Customer service !
Jon my service representative explained in detail all the work that will performed, I was looking to improve the power in the car so he suggested that we do the Air Induction service, clean the throttle body and fuel line flush and clean up the cabin air filters. Jon was very helpful in arranging the Loaner car and ensured that the car was ready the same day. Though I haven't felt any great improvement in power gain, the vehicle now drives more smoother. Thank you Jon.

Excellent service personnel attentiveness and knowledge
I drive 40 mins out of my way with at least 3 dealerships in between because of the great customer service and their expert mechanical knowledge of Acuras. Dealerships and private repair centers are all alike when it comes to pushing for more repairs than necessary. The distinction here is that many of the service folks will tell you what are the necessary repairs and what are the "eh, can be pushed off to a later date" repairs. (I caveat that because the rep I'd been working with for many years left a few months ago. Since then, Paul Mendoza was promoted to head the group. I am confident that he will train new reps to deliver the same experience since he is one of those reps that gives it to you straight.) In addition, they've earned my trust because of their quick and accurate diagnostics. A lot of places will give you the run around and waste your time; but not this place.
