Love it at South Coast
I'm always treated as a valued customer at South Coast. All of the staff serves in a professional manner. They're great.

I am so bummed that I scheduled my service so I could get the free appreciation gift (a phone device) and then I forgot to ask for it. I did call later but it was after Service Hours. It's my fault.

Cost of Replacing TL Front Headlight
The work was performed and on time to have the car returned. The surprise was the bill for $1300 for replacing the entire assembly. More expensive than would have thought.

Done on time and right
I wish that the dealer would just text me instead of call. It seems that every dealer I ever go to has a hard time calling to let me know when car is done. I'm sure it a time constraint. Why can't they just text, takes 1/4 of the time and it does the job.

Car Maintenance
Went in for the 5000 miles oil change and had a special inspection of all electronics wiring for free. Excellent service, was told it will take 1:15 min. and sure enough that's how long it took!
