2. Drivers door and sill filthy after work done.
3. Drivers door not secured after work done.
4. Service due alert not reset.
5. Oil overfilled, HIGH warning comes on.
Never had this crap with Garrett, ever. Wish I could go back to him.
Davis, I am sorry that you feel this way. We attended to your convertable top that had prior issues that you were aware of and didn't fix. We ended up fixing everything back to normal and I told your daughter that I owe her a full detail, not just a complimentary wash. I don't know how our customer service and patients with the already compromised top, could have been any better. We are sorry that you feel this way but we do not feel that we deserve the low review.
Customer came in a asked us to fix one thing and one thing only. After advising the customer to fix the other issues he declined. Of course after the other issues failed the shop is now the one at fault. This is a prime example as to how you cant get along and please everybody.
Everyone...Jim, Garret, Luke and the staff are very professional and accommodating.
I won't go anywhere else for my automotive needs.
