Don't call these people!!!
Insanely overpriced, they never do a 100% job, my truck is still leaking after over a grand of money was spent...and yes they gave it back to me and said it was fixed, not even an hour later, I'm putting oil in it because it's empty, they say bring it back in...we will fix it...an additional 2500$+ just for parts and then labor...GTFO!

William said this business charged him $40 dollars that they shouldn't have. He had his vehicle smog checked and the numbers were fine. When he changed the battery, the computers kick off and they have to kick back in. They took his vehicle out and drove it for 10 minutes and charged him $40. It has to be driven a certain way and they could've told him how. He knows they are out to make money but he doesn't think they should do it like that.

There was a misdiagnosis. We had to get another opinion from a specialist in brakes and that sort of thing. We found out
that the wheel bearings were ok. The cost to check brakes was very high. I usually take brake work to someone else, but he
was sick the day I called. But he was ok the next day and took care of us much more reasonably.

Visit was great
Transcend is always awesome, Jay and Ruthanne are good folks and work hard and care about their clients and so do all the employees. Never have had a bad experience there, they are always trustworthy and up front with me and do good work at fair pricing. Definitely a place I recommend to others.

Excellent Service and Customer Service. My husbands Le Baron was serviced by transcend and we still ended up with a small leak from the transmission pan. Jerry and his crew have been awesome. They took it back and redid everything and only charged us 20.00. Right now there is still a small leak and Jerry said to bring it in and they will figure it out. Can not say enough about their service and work. My husband even plans on taking in his Baby, His 56 Chevy Wagon. That right there says a whole lot. Thank You Jerry for everything and for your understanding with our current situation.

Better Service? Never had it Better than Transcend - Truly!
What makes a great auto repair service? How's about: Nearby Friendly Honest Skilled Expertise at a Very Reasonable Cost?
That's been my experience at Transcend for about 3 years now, which is as long as I've lived in the area. My aged 1993 Ford Taurus Wagon just 'Keeps on Truckin' ~ Thanks to Transcend!
