Do Not Recommend
Had quote for $300 from another place - they charged me $ 470 (parts 300% mark up)
when complained and wrote bad review was told we'd get money back because Carl didn't want the bad review. It's been 6-days and no money back or even a phone call.
Guy says he started a shop because of other shops ripping people off and he wants to earn business with a good reputation.... Sounds like a rip off and my experience is first hand proof. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like being lied to and ripped off.

Terrible - Rip Off
Stay away - I brought in a drive shaft to be pressed apart and have a center support bearing installed. Top line support bearing and u-joint from Autozone or parts plus is only $100 - they charged me $ 250 for the parts (replaced u-joint at end of drive shaft that did not need replacing too) and $200 for labor. Bill was $470 OTD
Wife and I had job quoted with taking driveshaft off and replacing for $300 from two other places - thought I'd take here because I've heard good things. BS they ripped me off and I will never take anything there again.

William said this business quoted him over $400 to replace 2 tire rods. The parts are $21 each and it takes 3 hours of labor to install them. Even at $100 an hour for labor, that doesnt even come close to what they were trying to charge him. He said they tried to charge him for an alignment he didnt ask for and they tried to charge him double for diagnostic fees when he told them when the vehicle came in what was wrong with it. They did remove the diagnostic fees when he inquired about them. He still ended up paying $320 because they didn't tell him that they were going to use parts that were 3 times as much as those that he can get from Autozone or Oreilly's. In addition, they didn't notify him that his vehicle wasn't going to be done when it was supposed to be so he made an extra trip out there for no reason.

William said when he got home and looked at his receipt, he discovered he was overcharged for parts. He said one part he had changed himself so he knows the price difference was huge. He had planned to bring another vehicle to them for service but he changed his mind due to their pricing.

I dropped my Rover off several months ago with only a small pinging sound. Carl diagnosed it as right side head gasket. Everything else was good. No problems. 1500 dollars was the cost. Got it back. Now it overheats and the oil light comes on. Take it back. Carl says it the coil. Fixed it and it still over heats. Not sure whatz really going on. I haven't heard anything for a long time now. Carl said he was gonna take care of it but I haven't heard anything. Hoping and praying I have it back before snow flies.

Spoke with Austin. He said the technicians are friendly and did a good job. They repaired the sway arm links. One of them was damaged while they were doing another repair. It cost him $75, each. The parts were only $45 each at another business. He stated at least one of the arm links should have been covered by this business.
