Two pieces of red rags found under the engine hood close to where belt turns
Two pieces of red rags found under the engine hood close to where the belt turns. Imagine the rag gets spinned into the belt and something is gonna be damaged. That’d either cost me a whole lot to repaire or I might get into an accident. This is being irresponsible !!!!!!

Corey said when he got to this business all of the staff were nice. However, they were very unprofessional because they started doing the diagnostic for his vehicle, before telling him the price of it. It all ended up being too expensive. They charged him $100 for the diagnostic and told him the work to actually fix his vehicle was going to cost another $1,500. He noted they could be more reasonable with their customers and tell their customers the prices of their services, before doing them. For the reasons stated, he would not recommend this business for service.

Hey David I checked the records and it looks like we check the emergency brake just over a month ago on april 26th. Did the emergency brake stop working at some point in the last month or just never work at all. We would be glad to recheck it at no charge to you. I know if I spent $100.00 on my truck to have it repaired I would expect it to work. Please give me a call and set up something so we can recheck and find out what happened.

unhappy!!!!!
Unfortunately- I did not do my research with front brake replacement and tuneup. When I shared the cost of the repair your shop charged to a person who is familiar with these services he felt I paid too much. To top it off we left with a radio not working- which worked quite well when we drove in---you need to make this right!!!!

Good afternoon Gina I am sorry for all the confusion on friday afternoon. Your daughters car came in for an oil change and the brakes grinding. We inspected the brakes and found the front brakes had worn past the wear indicators and into the rotors. At that time Josh had given you a call with the bad news and the estimate on repairs that consisted of replacing the pads and brake rotors along with the oil change of $368.06. We only use parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. I just called and got a price of $370. from the dealer for the brakes only not including the oil service and check over. Unfortunatly the radio is not on our check list for either one of these services(IT WILL BE NOW)! Neither of these services should have affected the radio operation. Since 1983 when I started in this business I have never had a problem like this and that confused us all. I can be reached at the shop on Monday or tuesday, please call me at your convienance so we can clear up the confusion.

Eric we are sorry that you feel this way. We thoroughly looked over your daughter's vehicle and gave you a list of things that needed to be repaired. One problem did not arise until the second test drive. It was not a problem that could be physically seen. You had mentioned that you were a contractor. You know as well as us that you could open a wall and find things that you were not expecting. Our business is the same. There were two items on that list that YOU declined repairs on. We offered to help you with one of the items that was recently replaced by another shop that is no longer in business. I do not believe we have shoddy workmanship for a problem that was recently repaired by another shop, and we were not even approved to repair.

Bobbie said her vehicle will not stay on unless she keeps her foot on the gas for about 15 minutes. This business was supposed to have fixed the problem. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Brandywine Auto has always given me great service. I love that they give me a heads up on work and maintenance that will be coming up in the near future and I especially like that they keep me safe by solving problems quickly when warning check engine or other lights come on.

You can trust that they will only tell you exactly what repair(s) are needed.
I have always been able to get an appointment the same day. Recently had my car towed there on Saturday and they were able to look over the car Monday, order the parts and have the repairs made Tuesday. They always accommodate you. You can trust that they will only recommend the repairs that are actually needed. Josh is so nice. He takes the time to explain everything that was done. I really like how they recommend repairs they see that will need to be made in the future as well as give you a print out that includes an estimate. That way it is a reminder to me as well as help me plan the financial need. Fantastic service!
