All I can say here is I respond to a lot of reviews and this is the first one I have had someone come in and expect that we work for free.
Hey David I checked the records and it looks like we check the emergency brake just over a month ago on april 26th. Did the emergency brake stop working at some point in the last month or just never work at all. We would be glad to recheck it at no charge to you. I know if I spent $100.00 on my truck to have it repaired I would expect it to work. Please give me a call and set up something so we can recheck and find out what happened.
Good afternoon Gina I am sorry for all the confusion on friday afternoon. Your daughters car came in for an oil change and the brakes grinding. We inspected the brakes and found the front brakes had worn past the wear indicators and into the rotors. At that time Josh had given you a call with the bad news and the estimate on repairs that consisted of replacing the pads and brake rotors along with the oil change of $368.06. We only use parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. I just called and got a price of $370. from the dealer for the brakes only not including the oil service and check over. Unfortunatly the radio is not on our check list for either one of these services(IT WILL BE NOW)! Neither of these services should have affected the radio operation. Since 1983 when I started in this business I have never had a problem like this and that confused us all. I can be reached at the shop on Monday or tuesday, please call me at your convienance so we can clear up the confusion.
Eric we are sorry that you feel this way. We thoroughly looked over your daughter's vehicle and gave you a list of things that needed to be repaired. One problem did not arise until the second test drive. It was not a problem that could be physically seen. You had mentioned that you were a contractor. You know as well as us that you could open a wall and find things that you were not expecting. Our business is the same. There were two items on that list that YOU declined repairs on. We offered to help you with one of the items that was recently replaced by another shop that is no longer in business. I do not believe we have shoddy workmanship for a problem that was recently repaired by another shop, and we were not even approved to repair.
Please give us a call if there is anything wrong with the work we have done. We would be glad to put your car back on the alignment rack to see what is off. Please bring in the copy of the alignment sheet that was given to you so we can compare the before and after.
Please contact us if there are any problems with the repairs that we have done to your vehicle. We will gladly take a second look to make things correct.
