two rides home
Thanks, for driving me home twice. After leaving the house key at the shop on the first trip.
Wife was upset that her satellite radio was not working when she got home.
After some research and going through the fuses, which were all good.
She opened the hand unit to replace the battery and found the battery to be inserted wrong.
So, she flipped it over an bingo, it worked.
Mechanic must have tried to get it started after resetting everything.
And, he would have succeeded it he had put the battery back in right.
The A/C coolant is low, so I am going over to the SAAAB shop tomorrow to get that topped off
and to turn off the need--service light.
Didn't you have a Saab mechanic there awhile back?
2010 was the last year they were made and some owners, like my wife, are hanging on.
The SAAB Store in Tampa seems to always be busy and it wastes half a day going over there.

It's not a problem driving you around, we’re happy to provide rides as needed for our customers!

I looked over your work order and I didn't see any request for radio or fuses to be checked. If there was an issue with an aftermarket satellite radio head I recommend bringing it to the original installer. I’m not sure what your referring to when you say, “A/C coolant” if you mean A/ C Freon or radiator coolant. I also checked the techs notes and your A/C was not noted on the form to be functioning improperly, and coolant was topped off as normal. Unfortunately we do not employ a "Saab Mechanic" if you want a Saab expert we recommend Saaab Store in Tampa.  Hope this clears up any confusion on your part if you’d like us to take a look at your A/C or Coolant System just give us a call.

Albert said this business specializes in foreign vehicles. He said they ordered the wrong part twice and had to keep his vehicle there for a couple extra days. He looked under the hood and there was a wire hitting a belt that he had to reposition. Also, the sponge insulation is no longer on his battery. There is also one wire that is not connected to anything and he doesn't know why. They need to take notice and pay attention to detail. Frank was very pleasant and he wants to do his best. He appreciates that Frank wouldn't release his vehicle until it was ready.

Adel said he has not heard from the facility. They replaced a part that cost him $600 and it did not fix the problem. He is going back and will not recommend them until they fix the problem.

Brooks said he had a simple vehicle repair that he took in to this business early in the morning. Later in the afternoon about 3 pm, he called for the status and was told it was ready. This business never called to inform him that his vehicle was ready. He also said the repairs were too expensive, and not done right. He would not recommend this business for all of these reasons previously mentioned.

Hey Brooks, I’m sorry to hear this. I reviewed your invoice and it looks like were actually $48 under the original quote. Sorry for the confusion with time we don't rush repairs and we don’t promise times we can't keep. If your washer pump has failed again bring it on by, you’re under warrantee. Hope this clears up your confusion.

Andrew said the business gave him a quote for the repairs and told him his vehicle would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. He had not heard from them, so he called Friday and they told him they had to wait for parts. They told him it would be ready the next Tuesday. The original quote they gave him was $2000, but they charged him $2600 and they did not tell him. His vehicle is running well and they gave him all of the old parts.

I think you might be mistaken about your figures, the final price you paid is exactly as quoted on you estimate. You must have forgotten you spoke with the tech and approved all the repairs we did. But I am happy to hear your Porsche is finally running well, remember to stay on top of maintenance and repairs and we can avoid larger priced repairs.
