Calvin said he was not satisfied with what was done on his vehicle because it didn't fix the problem. It may have fixed some of the problem but not the whole problem. At this time, he would not recommend this business for service, but did say given time he may.

I am confused about the 2 star rating?..I called Calvin to ask him if he has had anymore dead batterys...He said no,but would like to let more time go by to be sure...He was unhappy about our  $200 charge, for the diagnosis service given to him at time of arrival, signed by him on the arrival request sheet...
(Note--Prior to our shops repair, Calvin tried a Dodge dealership, another diagnostic shop, & his brother-in-laws shop...They could not find problem..At least we found his parasitic electrical drain issues for a fair value)

Throttle body,and China built starter.
Gary :I'm have several friends that told me that I paid a lot for throttle body,lchecked. Napa ,319.00 dealer cost 537.00. Whats up I'm real surprised.Robert Abel?

It seems to me that I am just a phone call away, if you are having problems with our cost...First, I would like to know, if you are having anymore drivability problems...I gave you a estimate of $1200-$1300 to replace on 4/14/2017 the 1st time you had a driving problem with your (336000 mile) Ford 500...At that time we tried to service the throttle body but it was a late Friday afternoon & you needed vehicle for trip for the weekend...The parts prices you commented from NAPA were REBUILT parts 4 to 5 days out...When I spoke to you for repair (5/30/2017-EST-$1200-$1300) we discussed these options...We do not have muck luck with rebuilt parts & the warranty sucks...We used a NEW OEM FORD UPDATED complete assembly KIT on your vehicle as dicussed...We also replaced the gaskets & seals at our quoted price....As far as the engine starter goes, the Napa Starters were REBUILT at $185 list (warranty sucks)...as you & I discussed, we decided to go with the NEW OPTION for $250 plus labor cost (Total--$400)...You also decided to not replace your worn flywheel as per our recomendation...Sorry that your friends seem to know more than your auto technician...
(PS--Our markup on the parts cost was only (33 1/3%) which is low in the auto repair world).... Sincerely GM

Awsome customer service !!!
The people down at Miller Automotive are totally all about customer service. They go above and beyond with many things. We have been going there for two of our vehicles and they have promptly honored warranties, given us rides to work and even helped out at times just by calling or stopping by without even thinking twice. Generally a few day turnaround and as always done right. Highly recommended !!!!

Good service
Gary and the guys do great work, they did a great job on my 08 Cad. Got my car in at 9:00AM and they gave me a ride to the gym, the car was done when I got back around 11:30AM, great service, Thanks guys for a job well done.

Great Service and flexible.
Gary and his team always do perfect work on my vehicles. Great quality work. Never had a problem scheduling my work and Gary was super flexible on list last job, worked around my busy schedule to get my vehicle in and fixed. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else again.

Excellent Service!
Gary and his team always go above and beyond to provide the best service anyone could ask for. They pushed my car in the rain when it stopped working just a few blocks away. They even got it back up and running that same morning and the bill was not overly expensive and very affordable. Thanks guys!

Miller’s : a legacy of caring for its customers
Miller’s is simply the best place to get your car serviced. How do I know? Let me tell you my story;

On Monday, my day was not going well. My car had electrical issues over the weekend and I was not going to make it work. If I do not work, then I do not get paid. The battery would not hold a charge and the vehicle had to be towed. I called AAA and had it brought to Miller’s.

I got the car to Miller’s at noon. My car had to be done quickly and professionally but I was new to Millers and unsure if it would be back the same day with quality work.

It turns out I did not need to worry. Miller’s has a history of caring that has been going on for decades. They love their customers and their cars.

My older Jeep arrived during traditional lunch time. Yet, my car was seen quickly and the work started. The alternator was replaced and I was given a quote that turned out to be the exact amount. The car was ready in record time with an original NAPA part.

I was back to work and knew my car had been handled well. And, best of all, I got to talk to the owner and learned about the traditions behind Miller’s.

If you worry about your car being done right, then come to Miller’s auto because they really do care. They will give you a quote that is accurate and they stand behind their work. I really appreciated their efforts.

Excellent work!!
My Jeep had what appeared to be some serious front end issues. After investigating the situation I was determined only to be some loose bolts, and not lots of broken parts. These guys fixed only what needed to be fixed (tightening bolts) and even got me a discount on a front brake job from my extended warranty company. Very satisfied and happy to have my Jeep driving with out clunking noises anymore, and without a high repair bill for fixing things that weren’t broken. They have gained my trust and I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on!
