Sold an Illegal Vehicle
Purchased a $60k truck. Was stopped by a county sheriff and warned that I needed mud flaps on the truck per RCW 46.37.500 or I would be issued a ticket next time I was stopped. He logged the warning in "the system."

RCW 46.37.500 states, "Vehicles must have bumpers or mud flaps that extend to the middle of the rear axle, which would prevent rocks from being thrown rear-ward." Truck I was sold did not comply, unbenounced to me prior to my being stopped.

Spoke to the dealer, was told where to go to make the truck legal to drive. Cost is on me!

So..........if you want a vehicle that is legal to drive on state roads, go elsewhere.

Do not even waste your time here
I had excellent service with Dave from Sales. I've purchased three cars from them now. But service is a wreck. I recently bought a brand new RAM 1500. Within a few months the rear axle was severely rusted. I took it in for service and the service advisor did not know the difference between a frame and an axle. Then after they looked at it, she told me it was from the salt during a recent snow storm. Yet NOWHERE else under my truck had rust but the rear of the rear axle. :(.. I had issues with my old wrangler as well, where they told me I needed a new transmission, I took it to another dealer and they said it looked great.

No star
Had recall work done. I was told it would be ready the next day, but it actually took a week. Service rep didn't keep me informed of progress and was not polite or apologetic when I came to pick it up. His greeting was"What do you need?" Unfriendly tone. I responded that I came to pick my car. "The cashier is over there". Wow what a warm fuzzy feeling.

Terrible experience at KarMart of Burlington
From the moment we got to the lot, we felt like just another number to the sales guy. We described what we were looking for and were told we couldn't have it even though the model was shown on their lot online. He never offered to get us the model with the interior we wanted then brought us a Fiat after telling him over and over we were only interested in a Jeep. Our salesman, Shawn was extremely rude, never talked on our test drives, we had to pry information out of him. I wanted to leave several times and I wish we would have. He bragged about what a jerk he was, like he was proud. Don't know what kind of customer service training he had if any. It took me 2 weeks to get my users manual, and that was after a message left for the general manager who passed it off onto another salesman. I believe we would have had a better experience if we had another salesman, the other guys in the showroom seemed very nice. The finance man promised us things like 10 oil changes, then gave us only 1 on a brand new vehicle. I'm kicking myself for going through with this purchase at this dealership. Next car purchase will be at Ralley's in Burlington, they know how to treat customers.

I would post less than one if I could.Demeaning experience for anyone with a handicap
There is NOTHING to accommodate a person with a handicap. No ramp to a restroom and no handrails in the restroom for safety!
If you are wheelchair bound like I was at the time I had to go across 2 parking lots and into the Nissan dealership restroom to use the mans restroom!!!! I’m a woman.

I'm sorry you had this experience. We don't have a ramp to our bathrooms at the Dodge store, because they are on ground level. The access to the bathroom at our Nissan store has a ramp that takes you right up to the womens restroom on the showroom, you'd have to go past the womens room to go to the mens restroom. Sounds like there is some confusion here. 

Please let myself or any of the advisors know if we can provide you with any extra accommodations next time you are in.

Leak repair and radiator replace
Poor working habits and a sloppy mechanic have made me not trust your dealership. It cost me a half a day of work to bring the vehicle back again.

Poor service
My truck was not put back together the same way it was brought in, I asked the service writer to put it back together the same way it was brought in and we would take it else where to get the repair done. The way it was put back together i could not drive it away. I was told that the tech was gone and that nobody else in the shop had time to do it. So my son who is a mechanic for heavy equipment came up after work and did it himself in the parking lot, which took him about10 minutes to do. I was then able to drive it out of there. One day when I went to this place for service I made a pre-paid package deal with them for:
4 oil changes (WITH A SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL)
2 tire rotations
When the time came for a return visit I wanted to cash-in on 1 of each; 1 oil change and 1 tire rotation. So I did.
I did not piece together what they did to me until sometime after I received this service, but it turns out that they did not conduct a SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL oil change LIKE I PAID FOR. They put in a conventional motor oil instead.
When I consider the ordeal I went through buying my car from this dealership in the first place, and now this, I would definitely recommend staying away from these people.

Service department did not impress
Took truck in for an oil change and had an appointment. 2 hours later finally was completed. It seem my vehicle was parked and then overlooked. Items were missing from my cab and I was informed there was nothing they could do. I think they would take better care of a vehicle in there possession from a security point of view. If employees are at fault that definitely needs to be addressed. Extremely poor customer service. Will never go to this dealership again.

Very upset with the service!!
Im very upset with the service if your maitnace guys. I brought mycar there for reg oil change and like always expected a full inspection and oil change like they always have an my car had been making a odd noise that day the guys never said anything about noise so I thought all was ok. Few days later the valve gasketcover had a huge hole in it.i was told by eric he needed to take the cover off never once informed my car would never run again. He said engine was destroyed due to the timing chain being loose it shot a tensioner through my valve gasket cover destroying my engine. All this I believe could have been avoided if you would have originally checked into the noise the car was making the day I got the oil changed they would have seen that the timing chain was loose. Also the day he said he needed to take the valve gasket cover off I should have been informed that it is possible that the car will never run again because I did drive the car there so I believe I should be able to drive the car back home. They were very rude when I told them I was not replacing the engine or buying a car off that lot I believe they didn't want to put my car back together when I told them that there for my car is not running and able to be drove in out of there I am very upset with the mechanics there and the service I have received I've talked to several people including lawyers who said my car should not be in worse shape than what it was when I drove it there my car should be able to be driven home if I have drove it there and it's not being able to being driven home I am very upset about this and I've lost work and money because of this and I believe I'm going to be getting a lawyer and looking further into this. Again the mechanics name was Eric at the Burlington Washington car lot

I am sorry to hear of this, I pulled your file to dig deeper. I found that when you came in for your oil change a month ago, we recommended quite a few things needing repair, you declined everything, including the upper radiator hose that was leaking coolant, the valve cover that was leaking oil (had tin foil covering the now hole thats there) a rear tire with a bulge in it and a few other items as well. Under the circumstances, it looks like we did all we could to tell you that you needed some repair and you drove the vehicle away. With oil spilling onto the exhaust it is a fire hazard, we don't recommend trying to drive the vehicle.

Didn’t finish
I drove all the way to Southern California and back after getting the oil change, anxious that there was something wrong with my vehicle because of the weird noise. Turned out after stopping to have it looked at, when they put the air filter back in, they didn’t close the latches on the box. Glad it was nothing serious, but was anxious for nothing my whole trip

worst experience ever!
This place and it's repair service ability isn't worth a SHIT! Take your vehicle there for a treatment you will never forget instead of review management at a distance like this.Then think about where you are going to purchase your next vehicle! And as to the disclaimer that follows your terms of service agreement I won't waste any more time telling you what to do with that!

Bad guys
They did hard inquiry on my credit history without my permission and when I called them they started exculpate and deny the fact that by phone with the manager I said TO DO NOT PROCEED WITH MY APPLICATION because I do do not want it for some reason. I did not send them particularly, I have submitted request thru my company benefit site and its distributed for many companies including some I do not want to deal with. So, ignoring my request to them to stop and do not proceed they hang up and did request.

Whoever put oil in my truck did a sloppy job. He or she spilled oil down along side my motor. Never clean it up or nothing

First time owning a dodge. I should have sticken with Chevy
First I am glad I didn’t pay for the truck wash. It was a poor job. Second I figured that you would wash it before putting on the mud flaps. My mud flaps are molded with the fender and their is mud between fender and mud flaps. Third whoever put the oil in my truck never wipe the mess down along side of the motor. I am not looking for a handout I am very disappointed in dodge. This will be my last dodge from you guys.

Schedule appointment for the water pump recall and window switch on Friday. The recall maintenance was never done and was not told it was not done until I called Monday to ask if it was done.

Poor service desk help. Quoted price and after repair reniged on price. Very unfriendly when asked for written quote on warranty. Your customer waiting room has a lot to be desired. Will look for alternative service in the future.

To long of a wait for an oil change and after that got the car wash with it, streaks around the car not clean waited an hour and a half.
