Liz said she was very unhappy that staff charged her for diagnostic fees at this business. She drove her vehicle there, but it failed to start in their parking lot when she tried to pick it up. They were incorrect about the reason it would not start. She stated she was upset she had to have it towed to another facility for service. She was happy that staff were friendly.

Jim said there are a couple of things he requested this business to do and they were not done. He was disappointed with how much money he ended up spending, when there are still repairs that need to be performed. He stated his reverse lights are not working and these were not fixed as requested. Also, his clutch was adjusted which he felt was not done entirely right. Overall, he is not too happy and he would not recommend them to others due to the reasons already stated.

Julie said she brought her vehicle in for a front end alignment which was estimated to cost $40. When she got the vehicle and went to pay, she found she was charged an additional $20 for a rear alignment as well. When she asked about the charges, she was told they do not do front alignments without a rear alignment as well. She will not be returning to them because of this issue and would not recommend them to others. She would like them to refund the extra money they charged her because other similar businesses would not do extra work without telling her beforehand.

Mark said he took his vehicle to this business and they told him they would be able to fix his vehicle that day. He had his vehicle there all day and around 4:00 pm they gave him a call to let him know they would not be able to fix his vehicle that day and to bring it back another day. He was dissatisfied because he had to arrange for a ride.

Service correct?
I had to have the rack and pinion steering replaced. It snowballed into a lot more. The final price was about 20% more then I thought it would be, plus now the electric fan does not work, which did before i took it in.
