"I feel cheated!"
How is it I'm charged $150 for the same information I get from AutoZone for free.

Alberto said he was a very dissatisfied customer. He said this business overcharged him for a fuse to open the door lock and he was overcharged for an oil change. They did not diagnose his vehicle correctly and he still has sensors appearing on the dash. They did not deduct the price of the diagnostic from the overall bill. He will not be returning to this business and would like a refund or some kind of credit. He said he does not appreciate being taken advantage of.

Spoke with Anton. He said his experience with this business was great but the price was way too high. He found the part that his vehicle needed online for $150. They refused to use anyone else's parts. They only use their own parts because they want to make more money. They charged him $500 for the part and the total bill was over $1000. He would not recommend this business and he has told his sister to stop using them as well.

Mr Anton was charged $500 for other items on his bill for repairs. The part he needed was found for $200 by our reliable source and was notified prior to repairing the car. Mr Anton later agreed that this was a miscommunication. All is well. More repairs have been performed since.

"High Diagnostic cost "
Overall, the service was OK I only had an issue with the diagnostic cost. Synthetic Oil change is $128 plus tax which i though was not fair as I normally change my oil for $90 tax included. I got back with a loud noise coming from the caliper which wasn't there when i took it in. They charged over $2,000 to change my upper control arms which I think is too expensive.

"Confused"
I have used your repair shop several times. It seems like almost every time I bring my car in, I have to bring it right back for something. This time, I have a weird screeching sound when I put the car in reverse. This just wasn't present before I brought it in a few days ago. Now I have to call and convince you that I'm telling the truth and that this condition did not exist before coming in last week, and frankly, I'm just tired of having to come back. I spent $500.00 for a not-happy result.

"very professional"
I have been going to Bedford motors off and on for years and find the work to be good considering my car is a 1990 M Benz ,I sent my husband to the shop to check on a hose and after a long talk with Neval the problem was solved what my husband thought was a small job turned out to be a big job !!!!

"Excellent service"
The timely response to what was needed and. Parts arrived on time and the mechanic started on the car. The waiting time was not that long besides it was not boring since they provide free WF to customers while they are waiting for their car. After the work was done. It was text driven to make sure everything was alright.
