Dear Mr.Dever i do apologize to you about your experience here at A&D, as for the time your motor home was here about a month of that was waiting for your insurance company to give us "approval" for your work to be complete after that was approved we completed every detail of work that the insurance company approved us to do on your RV i am sorry you feel that the work we completed was not done correctly to your standards i can assure you it was done correctly and once again i am truly sorry for your experience here and hope you have a great day Sincerely, Chris Johnson
David, this is not the service you should expect here. I wont make excuses for the poor service you received the last visit to us, that is not the way we operate. We are still ironing out some glitches in the automatic scheduling on the website, Unfortunately the computer has no way of knowing we are scheduling 1-2 weeks out and that someone cant schedule the next day. We should have called and explained. As for the misdiagnoses, the mechanic who looked at your car is no longer with us. As you pointed out he doesn't do the quality work you should expect here at A&D. That said i personally diagnosed this the second time and will admit it was a bit of a challenge to find. No excuses, we pride ourselves on fixing the hard stuff. We actually receive vehicles the dealers cant figure out all the time. I would love to make this right with you, I certainly don't want to loose a valued customer. We are definitely not the cheapest place in town, like the place that repaired that line for you the first time. I do hope you still appreciate that we did repair your vehicle the same day with no appointment, and installed a part that you provided, something that we don't normally do. You can always take it back to the place that fixed it the first time, Im sure their pricing was a bit better, maybe they would get it right the second, or third time.

Aaron Im really sorry you arent satisfied with our service, We only repaired what you requested. You didn't inform us of any issue before repair, and it was my understanding that you were bringing it back for an issue pointed out months ago. We did sugest that brakes were a bigger issue as well as a possible culprit of your symptoms, but you neglected that advise and opted for the ball joint replacement. Sorry to hear you will be going elsewhaere, but I would hope for your benifit you listen to the advise of those professionals you decide to take it to.
You may want to start with the alignment we recomended be completed when that work was done. Something else you opted not to do
A&D Repair did perform repairs to this customers pop-up camper. All repairs were done very well. There was some confusion on the side dent repair that needed to be fixed. A&D did perform a fair cost of repair to the sidewall but should have called the customer regarding what more was need to fix camper. Detail work was also performed, but our customer indicated that they expected much more cleaning out of labor cost. We refunded the cleaning fees to complete a fair and happy ending for our customer.
Thank you for your support Sean. We strive to get everyone in and out and it was I that promised you we would have it done sooner than we did. I know your repair was a quick job, and i really did try to squeeze it in sooner. I almost did it myself at one point, lol. Emergencyies are some times the hardest repairs to fit in when you already have a line of customers and repairs lined up. I should have updated you better and I am sorry for failing you there. I can and will do better.

You may find it suprising that we charge for our services Tom, but in fact we do. We did make it clear that we would even before you brought your vehicle in. I assure you this is a common business practice anywhere you go. (Please see definition of: business). The nature of our business is inspection, diagnosis and repair of automotive vehicles, and we charge for those services. Our mechanic spent over an hour inspecting your vehicle, and I spent the more than half that writing estimates, for which you decided to do nothing with. This is the key reason we do charge for those services. That comes to around $17/hr. I challenge you to find a more competitive automotive labor rate. And if you would like something for less we do however have free coffee in the lobby. Thank you for your patronage
I am sorry for the delay in repairs or your motor home, I assure you david I am as frustrated as you are, finding parts for a 30 year old vintage motorhome can seem futile at times. I hope you understand that we have dedicated literally over a hundred hours in technician labor and my own to come up with ways to fix parts that cant be found. We also have different mechanics who specialize in different areas of your coach and scheduling the multitude of repairs being done at a reasonable cost can be difficult. I am sorry your experience at A&D did not meet your expectations. I probably failed to explain to you who we are at A&D and what we are about. As with everything in life, you can always get it cheaper. But we strive to provide top quality parts and service backed by a industry leading 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on all of our services. And because you have NEVER used our services, other than to get a FREE estimate, you may not realize that.
I would love to provide the services of our ASE and state certified master mechanics at a rate the "other" places do. I would love to provide our top quality parts for the same price of inferior products. I would also like to order an expertly prepared grade A rib-eye at McDonald's. In the case of your truck, I couldn't even get the premium stainless steel pipe you requested for the price you claim to have gotten. Most of our customers prefer to pay a little more for better quality. I must have misunderstood our conversation and your request to have a quality parts installed right.
